Bought a Velerup wardrobe from the york store . It took a couple of weeks to arrive I was pleasantly surprised at the quality as I hadn't seen it in store . Quite heavy solid build and good instructions (took two to lift it into place once the back was on . Draw runners were metal not cheap plastic ones from other suppliers. Would recommend to anybody .

It is a very useful, handy and practical store. What you need for your home you can get them from this shop such as waste bins, cusions, plates, duvets, furniture...etc. Their designs a bit look like ikea s one but I find them cheaper than ikea. Their staff also very polite and helpful.All in all I love it.

Large car park shared with other stores. Medium size shop with furniture, beds, bedding, desk and gaming/computer chairs. Various price points for merchandise, from a £1 upwards. Lots of offers and promotional sales that offer excellent value. Recommend.

Wow haven't been in here for a while and they have so many different things unusual things Xmas things .really good shop . I went for pillows. Good prices .from £6 -to £50 Plus great service as he carried my things to my car as ive injured my back. He offered I didn't ask . So lovely guy. Especially when the younger generation gets lots of bad press. There's some amazing young folk out there with manners with kindness and caring 😊 ❤

4 stars because we waited in queue for an hour to pick up our sofa today (in Covid times of course!) I think it definitely calls for timed delivery slots, and definitely don't go to pick up your things on a weekend if you're in a rush. Despite the long queue, however, they staff were so lovely despite what must have been a stressful situation, and we were really, really pleased with the service we received, and our sofa is really beautiful.

Part of the shop had been blocked off. There were boxes down by the towels but no warning so we got trapped lol. But otherwise I love this shop

We bought a mattress and lots of other stuff. The store was understaffed and struggled to get service. However, the few staff bent over backwards and were very helpful. Also, the store has a great range of Scandinavian style goods and cheap furniture. Similar to IKEA but smaller scale.

Not a lot of variety of furniture in store, lots of empty shelves and floor space where it seems like there should be things there. I had hoped to use the store visit to make a final decision on items I'm considering purchasing online, however this store did not provide me with this.

Went to look at some reclining chairs. None being displayed. Staff checked they had them but not on display.dispite being busy the girl asked us to return in half and hour sure enough the chair was out for us to look at. Bought two great service. Thank you.

It's a fairly cramped shop and none of the displays particularly stand out. Sometimes find a good buy in there but the quality can be hit and miss.

Staff could not have been more helpful. We went tonight 25/10/17 and wanted to purchase a candelabra. My friend was unsure if she would be able to put it together and the staff were so helpful. She bought the candelabra. It was her first visit and she bought a whole stack of stuff. Thank you for your help.

Click and collect only at the moment but it is slow. The staff come down after you call from the door but it can be quite some time before they actually get to the door (10 minutes in our case).

This is a much much smaller version of ikea some of the stuff looks and feels very cheap but if you want things like bathroom mirrors etc or cushions then they have a reasonable choice but Wilko is only a couple of doors away they have a better choice of those sort of things plus electricals,stationary etc plus a decent cafe.

Jysk is a great place to go for all sorts of occasional furniture and niff naffs for the house. The staff are always helpful and friendly. It is definitely THE place to buy Venetian blinds !!!!
