It took 2 months for another store to admit garden furniture I ordered was out of stock indefinitely, so got a refund & looked elsewhere. This company explained there were stock issues & deliveries could be delayed until next summer. Appreciating the honesty, I went ahead anyway and the set arrived a month later! Delighted at their honesty & service. Even the delivery was spot on. Definitely recommended.

Telephoned to check stock was in for the Signature Weave Charlotte Grey corner sofa dining set . The gentleman was very helpful , even checked a query I had about separating the sofas and emailed a diagram . All this was super fast and the ordering was very easy and straight forward . Time scale was quoted 1 to 3 weeks . I ordered on 24th February, received email confirmation. I received a text 1st March informing delivery 3rd March , I hour before delivery received a call to say they would not be long . Highly recommend this company for their service , helpfulness and great communication

I purchased a bed from the website nearly 3 years ago, and at the time we were very impressed with the speed of delivery. We damaged one of the parts of the bed during a house move and were able to purchase a replacement by getting in touch. The customer service we received was brilliant. Home and Office Stores Ltd has an excellent range of self-assembly furniture catering for virtually everyone’s needs. I cannot speak more highly of the personal service given. I had a simple problem which they talked me through, swiftly finding a resolution. This service operates 9.00 am to 9.00 pm, 7 days a week, amazing. I have bought several of their products, finding them all well made and very good value for money. I cannot speak more highly of this company, if only other companies were just as reliable.

I can’t stress enough how reliable and helpful this company is! We were due delivery of some garden furniture from a different company who had suggested the delivery would be made before my daughters party when we really needed it (3 weeks after order date). When we started to lose faith after a couple of weeks waiting with hearing nothing, we called James, who did some research and told us he could get the furniture to us before the weekend (it was Monday by this point!) We ordered online and it was delivered two days later.... in plenty of time for the party! We couldn’t believe it! James emailed us regularly to keep us updated with tracking numbers and expected delivery information - i’ve never received service like it! 5 stars - highly recommend 😀
