C. K.We received an excellent service from Caprani Pluming & Heating, they was very accommodating and sensitive and worked around us knowing the work we do. Deon was very kind and helpful and kept me updated at all times of when the engineers would be arriving and the time frame that they would need to carry out what was needed to be done. Our engineer Luke and the apprentice George were both very friendly and efficient in their work. From arranging my appointment to the service being carried out was dealt with quickly and I shall continue using them in the future.
d. l.Have used Nathan lots of times and cannot fault his company’s services. His staff are always courteous, friendly and trustworthy and the work is always high standard. He was even nice enough to respond to a message I sent him on Boxing Day and kindly help with a problem I was having with my boiler and talked me through getting it up and running again. Was so thankful to him, he’s a lovely guy. It’s the things like that that really stand out for me and I cannot praise him enough when recommending him to friends and wouldn’t use anyone else.
