M. a. J. B.The location of this petrol station is it's greatest asset being the last location to fuel before heading onto the A38. Prices are not the cheapest compared to other nearby forecourts, but is 24/7, has a kiosk with snacks, coffee & cold drinks, newspapers and the usual produce one expects to find. Air & water facility available and no issues whenever have called here.

D.I love the fact that they have made the fuel for me so I don't have to! I mean it hard, the first part of refining crude oil is to heat it until it boils. The boiling liquid is separated into different liquids and gases in a distillation column. These liquids are used to make petrol, paraffin, diesel fuel etc. Crude oil is a mixture of different chemical called hydrocarbons. The boiling oil turns into a mixture of gases in the column. The gases flow up the column which is hottest at the bottom and cooler at the top. The gases cool down as they go up the column until they condense (turn back into liquid again). The separated liquids and gases, after cleaning and further processing, are used to make many products.
This is a lot of work. I don't mind paying for that amount of work. They even have a well stocked shop! The modern age eh?!
M. W.This garage reduces it's fuel twice a week, but it's not the cheapest in the area, but there again it's not supermarket fuel. Sainsbury's is down the road which is normally cheaper, but it depends what you want to run your vehicle on Esso or supermarket fuel.
Update:
I think the garage has stopped reduce fuel twice a week now.
L. K.I had a.really big problem as my phone had died and I needed to charge it in order to pay for my charger the lovely man in the shop lent me a charger to charge my phone in my lorry then go in and pay for it thank you so much
