Really enjoyable fun courses. I visit regularly with my 4yr old and he absolutely loves it. It's priced correctly too. I do find it to be quite busy (which cant be helped). And recently they have struggled with their card payment. But overall a good experience. I would recommend it.

Mini golf is a good place to enjoy time with the family, it’s great value for money and the courses have very intricate detail in order to maximise your experience. However some of the pipes which the golf balls go into are damaged and they don’t function properly

What can I say today I visited the establishment with my little girl today 26/2/2022 After waiting in the queue for around 15 minutes I was informed it was cash only. As I had no cash on me we had a walk around and found a cash machine and returned to the adventure golf. Went today, had fun however it’s far too hot in there. I expected the holes to have more fun features. We were one of only 2 families in a huge place wearing masks, there were signs in reception saying masks necessary but no one was challenged and social distancing not great on top of that. Really need to sort the safely aspect.

We enjoyed the first course and had a great time. It’s a shame to see other people complaining about the heat yet nothing has been done about it - it was very hot and humid when we went. On the second course, there were two large groups ahead of us (over 5 in each group), one of the groups had 7! It took us 30 mins to get through 4 holes. We ended up having to leave early because we had another activity booked. We did complain at the time and was given a complimentary voucher to return - it is such a shame that they have rules about max numbers in each group but still allow bigger groups!

Great experience all around! Staff were very friendly and helpful considering we're still in the middle of a pandemic (especially Hassan), and they managed everything very well in order to maintain social distancing rules. The holes are also very fun to play! Also a great bargain on a Wednesday; 2-4-1 on 36 holes! Overall had a lovely time with the family. Would highly recommend :)

Great fun for everyone here , really enjoyable No hassle fun game of mini golf , the staff are great to and very helpful There is a refreshments bar as well , crisps and drinks ect. It's cost 9.50 each (July 2021) which allows you to have two rounds of eighteen holes , more than enough. Wild visit again

My daughters birthday party was held here and the staff couldn't do enough to make sure everyone was entertained. As a proud dad, this was an amazing place for all the kids to try something new. Staff were lovely and was worth the money :-)

Popped in here on our way up north and wasn’t disappointed. We were greeted by a friendly lady who explained we could choose 1 out of the 2 courses there to do. We decided on the slightly more challenging course. Well maintained venue and looked after greens. It was fun and we both really enjoyed it, shame we didn’t have time to fit both courses in! It wasn’t very busy on a Friday lunchtime but can see it being very popular at the weekends.

Great fun place to spend 1/2 a day doing all 36 holes. The holes aren't as long as some outdoor ones but all in great condition. 2 of our group got the 19th hole spot prize but alarm seemed to be broken so staff didn't believe us at first. Everyone was friendly, kids looked to be having great time. Perfect on a rainy day!!

Really great place we absolutely loved it! There are two courses that are very different which is great. It's quite expensive to do both but one took over an hour with five of us. It's quite noisy with jungle sounds which is really fun just be careful if you have noise sensitivity. There are lockers for your bag which is really useful and a little caf

Although the staff was friendly and great the unit size is very small. I took my young child who obviously took longer then average to finish each hole and every hole we went to move onto was large ques and long waiting times. The biggest issue was there was no room or space for people to wait so was very awkwardly crowded and when finishing your hole there was people standing around it as there was no where else to stand.

A very good place to bring your family or friends or both ! It's decent value for money but then the fun that comes from it is immense. The courses are all unique and each hole has different terrain and possibilities. The area as a whole is also beautiful and sets a nice, calm and fun atmosphere.

A really fun morning out. It was very busy and there were sometimes lots of people in front waiting their turn at a hole. We were advised to move on and come back to take a go however it's not always easy to traverse the 'course' without disturbing someone else's go! However, I'd thoroughly recommend the place as a great way to spend a fun couple of hours.

Son loves Mini Golf and often go couple times a year. Course is really good, with enough variety to keep you entertained on each hole. Definitely one for all ages. For children I recommend taking them in the morning or early afternoon. More teenagers and adults in evening onwards so is busier which leads to queues between holes, having to rush your shots due to the queue behind you. Everyone plays at different speeds, kids bring generally slower so taking them at a quieter time will allow them to enjoy the experience more. Only 4 stars due to lack of standing space between holes, very awkward during busy periods.

I've been there five times now and I really enjoy it each time. It's not quite as varied or interesting as some minigolf courses I've tried, but it offers a solid range of challenges and is kept in good condition. If you go on a Tuesday or a Wednesday, when they have student and BOGOF offers, it's definitely worth a go. Otherwise it's a fun, if not slightly pricey, way to spend a couple of hours.

Been the Star City Crazy Golf course in Birmingham near my home town with my partner, I can safely say I felt safe. In Birmingham there was a one way system, queuing system was alot better and was made to wait till atleast the first 3 holes were free to avoid being stuck behind other players and avoid being pressured from people behind, very social distance friendly, you saw the club and ball being cleaned Infront of you and friendly staff. The only downside and slight criticism is no loo roll in toilets, however on a positive note when spoken to staff about it the new toilet roll was efficiently received, was thanked for this as I'm sure it's hard to keep track of this aswell as hold the queue. Hopefully will be back again soon.

This is really good value for money. We paid for 36 holes for a family of 4 which was a good price. We had a good time and it was very entertaining. The fact that we had pushchairs and there were lifts was good. 😀

We have just had our son and his friends 8th birthday party here. What a fabulous party they had. After having our booking cancelled by someone they couldnt do enough when we got there to get everything ready so the boys party could continue. Out party organiser Momal was wonderful, she sorted all the boys Macdonald orders very quickly and even when macdonalds forgot some chicken nuggets she ran over there herself and was back so fast with them. Myself and my husband and the parents of the other party boy all enjoyed a lovely hot drink free of charge whilst the boys had there party. Great value for money, invites and party bags included in the price too!! All in all 10/10 !!! Will definitely come back as family to di it again.

Good fun. As miniature/crazy golf goes they're not the toughest holes out there but there are 2 courses of 18 holes plus a bonus 19th at the end where you have the chance to win a free game. Speaking from experience, this a great place for a first date or even a mid-relationship date as was the case on this last visit. The clientele is nearly all young couples and as players catch each other up and wait to play a hole you inevitably end up chatting to them which I found enhances the time spent there. There's a cafe inside as well so it's well catered in that respect.

As much as I enjoyed coming here I cant help but feel it's a little dated. A lot of the decorations are damaged and just feels like it could do with an update. With the success of ghetto golf up digbeth maybe they could take a leaf out of there book and bring a modern feel to the place.

I have visited a number of times and the courses are really well designed and full of features. My children absolutely love playing Hidden Cove Challenge! The staff are exceptionally friendly and with free parking and loads of restaurants and other attractions around Star City, it makes the whole experience a great family day out.

Great crazy golf course which is challenging and fun! Play all 36 holes, which all seem suitable for adults and children alike (judging by the large crowds there). The only thing which could reasonably improve is bag/coat storage; which I know they have in other locations such as Nottingham (to save you lugging them around for 2 hours)

We have visited Adventure Golf a few times and the whole family love it! It's clean, well thought out with very friendly staff. Grandma got 4 hole in ones and won over the 36 holes! (there are 2 x 18 hole courses). McDonalds is only a 2 minute walk over the road and it makes for a perfect afternoon for my two kids who are 6 and 9.

Great little minigolf. Having tried a few at the Trafford Centre and Liverpool One, this one is just as good if not better. The courses are fun but not too hard especially for little kids. Nice clean place served by friendly staff.

The staff here are terrible. The card machine isn't working any time I have been (just like the escalator) but they let you walk all the way up the stairs before they tell you so you have to go back down and walk through Star City to get cash, why not just put a sign downstairs to save your customers an inconvenience.

Take note both course are fun, the one up the steps is not that much harder but defo flip a coin.. The lower course for some reason makes you feel like you have done more.. Also you don't want someone waiting on you it will make you rush.. 👍🏾

Adventure Island Mini Golf at Star City in Birmingham was one of the first indoor Adventure Golf centres in the UK and I've played there a lot since it opened in 2008. The Hidden Cove Challenge and Lost Hut Trail courses are nicely challenging and there are plenty of hole-in-one opportunities. Adventure Island Mini Golf is incredibly popular so the courses can get busy. I've played in competitions at the course and at one time was the co-course record holder with a score of 28(-8) on the Lost Hut Trail.
