Had a putter fitting which I initially thought might have been a little pointless, but the staff member (sorry I didn't catch his name!) explained about different shaft angles, analysed my putting stroke, and gave me some recommendations to try out. There was a noticeable difference in results between the putter I brought with me and the couple I ended up deciding between. I didn't feel pushed in to a sale, or a specific putter, it was all just honest feedback based on my performance with each putter, then I was given space to make my decision considering the testing and feedback. Left feeling like I had bought the best putter for me personally and am excited to give it a go on the course. To the guy that fitted me, if you're reading this, keep up the great work and thanks again for your help!

5 star customer Service. I was in the shop today and received amazing advice and customer service from two separate sales attendants. I wasn't sure if it would be better to get a new putter or just re grip my old one . Rather than upselling me the attendant informed me that if I was getting on with my old club then a re grip would be the best option and then presented me with the various types and explained the advantages of each. He then fitted for FREE! Whilst I waited I asked another sales attendant if they sold a tool for adjusting the head and shaft of my Cobra Driver , he said they didn't but he would check in the workshop and quickly came back with one. He then gave it to me for FREE! Both the fitting and the tool I would have happily paid for but going forward having received such service I will definitely be coming back and buying my new clubs from such as customer focused store. I only wished I had taken the names of both guys to add to the review. Highly recommended !!

My husband had a fitting time arranged onThursday 6th Sept at 11am for some new irons to be tried out and price for part ex had been arranged the previous sunday However after being kept waiting for over 20 mins he finally appeared said he wouldn,t be long and was chatting tosomeone about club grips which surely another staff member could have done. Aswe had driven up from Weston and his manner was quite offhand "wont be.much longer! No apology given we left Rather disgusted Youlost a sale
