Although a poor start with my reserved item not being available, the guy who help (and eventually served me) was good. He couldn't have done more to resolve my issue. Great knowledge and advice. Really understanding. Fantastic service!

Excellent service, Friendly and Knowledgeable. These guys are golfers themselves so they exactly what is suitable to your needs with great advice. I was served by Alan and Steve on my previous 2 visits. They are not trying to hard sell anything, rather to let you decide but offer an opinion of what could improve your game with the equipment on offer, even a left hander like myself has plenty of choice. Would recommend anyone to visit this service.

Excellent sales staff when buying the driver but very poor with after-sales as still not got the adjustment tool for the driver. Was told I would get a call in a few days after buying the driver, went back to shop in Doncaster 2 weeks later and told they had none in but would find one within American Golf and send it via post.... Still waiting nearly 3 weeks later

Easy to find the store with lots of frèe parking. The staff give you time to look around the store to see what's available before approaching you which is what I like. The staff are very knowledgeable and can help you with any questions you may have and can help you choose the right equipment to suit your handicap and budget.

Called in this morning while passing through from north east, bought some tops in the sale, very friendly staff, double thumbs up for the older gentleman that served myself, top quality customer service, would definately recomend

Took my grandson to get a set of irons. We were met by Alan who then proceeded to discuss with Reece what he was looking for; and then picked various ironsfor Reece to try. After about 30 minutes of trying various irons on the indoor trainer and also some coaching by Alan; Reece selected the irons he wanted. This was followed by some putting practise with various putters. Alan was professional and friendly and ensured that Reece selected the right clubs that suited him and his style of play. He spent time analysing Reeces swing and advised him on minor adjustments to help improve his game. Thank you Alan for your time and patience to ensure Reece got a set of irons that were right for him. He certainly left the shop with a smile.
