The merchandise is fairly conservative - blacks, blues, greys, with a careful strip of colour occasionally. Mostly plain. However, there's more choice online. The excellent staff here give excellent advice and service and were very patient with an older woman dithering around for ages in the shop trying to make up her mind.

Purchased a new driver and only thanks to Jack Valentine's expertise did I get one that suits my swing. Will definitely return to Jack when I need new clubs. Also found cost very competitive.

The staff where all very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. As part of this purchase I was trying to source a G30 four iron to Mach my current set. There was a slight mix up with serial numbers at the ping end. When I returned to see if my 4 iron had arrived the member staff was quick to realise the problem and had no hesitation phoning Ping and sorting out the problem.. My club was delivered in about 4 days and I was phoned as soon as it arrived.

Great store, great staff, great products as usual. Disappointed on the week after Christmas that I was returning a gift from my dad (adidas jumper which did not fit) with a gift receipt, to find that I could only get the sale price back from that item. The item was half price so I feel I missed out significantly on purchase of a similar priced item. Many of the items I saw were at the original price of the adidas jumper, and not on sale.

It brokedown wthin 3 weeks - the screen went blank and would not operate. The battery was fully charged. I returned it, the staff were superb. A replacement was given immediately. Overall I would recommend Powacaddy. The staff at Braidhills were very helpful. They always seem to have a positive attutude toward the customer experience, they are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about supporting the customer without being overtly pushy.

The guys at Braid Hills tried me with a number of crossover type clubs before we decided on the Pings. I was off to Turkey the next day and they didn’t have the 3 with a regular shaft so they lent me a second hand stiff shafted club and swapped them over when I got back. Have been going to Braid Hills for years. Always great, friendly service!
