Lovely links course and friendly staff and members. As a non-member who wanted to visit and play I was most welcomed. The course is split over the railway with some fantastic greenskeepers (picture attached) It can be a difficult course and I played in high winds which definitely made for an interesting game. I hope to visit in the Summer as I suspect it is an even better course.

A fantastic course, the first 4 holes are on one side of the train tracks and the remaining holes are on the other side. The 18th then plays on the first side of the train tracks. The course plays along the side of the RAF airbase. A lot of the course has sheep on it. They don’t get in the way though and move when you play near them. Would definitely recommend playing here if you’re in the area. The club house was very welcoming and offered a nice cold pint after the round.

Great place to view the jets landing and taking off.

Really nice course. Not very long in distance and flat!! Greens in very good condition. Its a good test without being a really difficult course. And if your into planes, the military aircraft are up and down all the time on the adjacent runway. The only reason to not give 5 stars. £28 is a bit steep, although the website showed an offer at £25 and had to argue that when paying and the awful coffee in the clubhouse at £2 for 1/2 cup. Next time I'll bring a flask. But I would return next time am here assuming the green fees are still reasonable.

Nice little course, greens in good condition. What makes this place interesting is the line with passing trains which disects the course, and the runway with training jets and helicopters taking off. Not the longest of courses but if you stray off the fairway trouble all around with gorse lining the rough.

Gorgeous place with amazing setting... Only thing I would say is put yellow tape around your stage... I walked in, I have a sight problem & fell as I couldn't work out the carpet from the stage... This was embarrassing for me & the girl taking meal orders who helped me up... I have recently had a knee replacement so was difficult to get up... Other than that a lovely place.

Very friendly, nice course layout, only 4 stars due to damage caused by rabbits burrowing on the fairways, but worth a visit
