Had a fantastic afternoon, not planned at all. We've visited fairbourne many times and never played golf. Guy in pub house was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great family time, even our dog mollie enjoyed 😉

Excellent relaxed 9 hole course for £5. We were looking for somewhere to play, and we are not golfers but wanted to have a go! It was a well maintained, beautiful little course with stunning mountain views and a local steam train driving by. The clubhouse has recently been renovated with kind and inviting staff. Will come again whenever we are in the local area!

Just a car park by a no through road with no sea view and a stony beach opposite. Club house on site serving drinks and food. Wasn't suitable for us, but could be good if you want to spend an evening eating and drinking, depends what you like.

Found this place on Search for sites, just intended to sleep here and nothing else. Ended up in the clubhouse for a few drinks and table football. Caught the little train that stops directly across the road then got a ferry into Barmouth. Stayed a second night so we could have a dip in the sea and a barbecue on the beach. We will definitely be back again. This place was amazing

Got tbh. I only visited the clubhouse for a.beer. Saying that. Beer was good Staff friendly. I had Doom Bar . Decent enough pint. Father in law had the blonde session beer. Not to my liking but seemed a.giid pint. Well priced . Two pints A tonic water A coke Nuts ,crisis and scratchings. £12.40 We had walked over the bridge from Barmouth so it was a good staging post before we got to Fairbourne itself. Oh. BTW. Course looked ok too. 😂

For a small 9 hole golf course it is beautifully kept and a CREDIT to the people responsible! Must be worth a round or 2. + It is along side the beautiful Barmouth estuary.

Lovely little 9 hole that is constantly improving, great bar, great staff and has overnight parking for motor homes .

Nice 9 hole course with plenty to challenge experienced players but also suits beginners. Lovely soft fairways but the greens are a bit small. Wonderful location with great views of the hills and mountains. Club house serving refreshments.

Dog friendly clean small clubhouse. Visitors welcome. No sign in. 9 hole course. Cheap fees. Good little bar with pool and darts. Just across the road from the beach. Small carpark. You car park your motorhome overnight for £10. And there is fresh water toilet point and clubhouse toilets. Good view from the car park. Very quiet today as September but I felt that was a bonus.

Me and my 11 other family members came here for a bite to eat and I say it was lovely and filling. Really nice and friendly staff. Really good food and worth the money. Recomended!

Cracking over nighter for motorhomes £10, a night toilets open 24 hours, food & drink in club House, busy at weekends, we stopped 2 night loved it, miniature steam trains & beach just over road,

Walked across from Barmouth and had a couple of pints in the club house. Most welcome on a hot day. Made the walk back a lot easier. Prices were fine and the Madri I had was very good. Barman was very friendly.

walked over the bridge from barmouth and called in for tea/ice cream on a very hot day as sign says 'everyone welcome' well it's not very welcoming.. staff member didnt acknowledge us at all even though the bar is 16ft from the door and seemed too busy talking too 1 local at bar .. the place was empty even the ice-cream freezer!! Walked further down the road and greeted with a smile and lovely cold lolly!!.. could be different for golfers I suppose hence the 3 stars..

Very friendly club. Stayed in the car park overnight in our motohome. £10 payable in the club. Great place to walk the dogs. Walk down to catch ferry to Barnmouth.
