Great place to play, 13th oldest in The world. Challenging layout off the back tees, in great condition. Ideal for visiting parties, fairly flat. Highly recommended. Stunning day today (27 March). Cannot get a better place to play. Course was magnificent for preseason, well worth playing.

Great course and was much more enjoyable than I was expecting. I felt that it wasn't that tricky and will be more suitable for higher handicappers but the course is in great condition with some very interesting holes. Hole 15 was my favourite. Members seems welcoming and friendly too. Recommend if in the area.

Great local course. Blend of heather and links. Super greens and good pace.

Fab day at Scotscraig GC today. Course is a real gem esp. on a bright sunny day like today. Ok its off mats now like most other places but the greens are in amazing shape! Rolling so well. Top class! 😁👍 …

If you enjoy true Links golf then Scotscraig is a stop that you must make while in the St Andrews area. The course is a traditional links layout and does not disappoint. Many tee blocks offer a fair challenge for all levels of golfers. The course was in typical dry, unpredictable condition but the greens putted true and the tees were all watered and receptive. The Pro Shop staff were very accommodating and the Club House staff were also excellent - great service at a fair price. Well worth the drive to Scotscraig !

13th oldest golf course in the world. Beautiful great greens and open to anyone. The players are super nice and welcoming. The clubhouse has some good pub food for the end of the game.
All the staff is lovely! Would highly recommend.

Challenging course with a different set of challenges for each 9 of this James Braid designed course. Very friendly staff and engaging members and good food and drink. Would play there again any time.

Very good golf course, with friendly staff.

Great course. Unfortunately the fairways haven't been great the last few years.

Had a great round here today. Course is a great challenge to plot your way arround. The greens were in great condition and putting was a good test. Overall surroundings are great with links feel with tree lined holes to mix in as well. Buzzing to come back to do 72 holes in one day for charity at the end of the month!

Fantastic gem of a course, well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Having joined the club on a trial membership, I was apprehensive about playing. No need to! The course is wonderful, the clubhouse all you need and the staff brilliant. Indeed, other players were friendly too!! Awesome.

Myself and 2 of my friends were very kindly allowed courtesy of the golf course last Thursday.. Due to the excessive rainfall that we have received recently the golf course was not in its best condition. Which was a real shame. It was still a beautiful golf course with some truly wonderful holes, Holes 4,7&8 will forever remain in the memory. The staff and the members were exceedingly helpful and friendly. Really looking forward to revisiting when the weather is better.

Came here in holiday. Took the package - bacon roll & coffe, 18 holes followed by soup & sandwiches. Great package. Value for money. All the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Good was brilliant. Stuffed after!
Course pretty good. Mix of links & parkland. Some interesting holes. Some approaches you have to decide to go for it or play to centre of the green. Well kept fairways and excellent greens. This really is a great course. Can recommend and would love to return. Give stars.

It’s my home course and of course I’m biased, but the course itself is always in great condition, the greens are superb. A real test of anyone’s game.
The clubhouse is very welcoming and excellent food served from a pretty extensive menu.
Should be on every serious golfers “to play” list!

Friendly, welcoming and a magnificent course. If you play golf you cannot ask for more. When you play it once I guarantee you will want to come back. I do!

Great fast greens. Hard dry fairways and a good links experience.

Golf course is a fair challenge, long par 4s and 3 par 5s . Was a bit bare and hard in places , however greens were true and in good condition. Clubhouse was tired looking and appeared to be suffering from post Covid syndrome.

Beautiful course with immaculate greens. It is heathland rather than links but with some well sculpted holes and punishing gorse if you stray too far off line. Friendly and helpful in the pro's shop and prices lower than Willie's in St Andrews on some things. I'd love to play it again soon as I'm sure I could better my round now I know the lay of the land. Summary: highly recommended.

Fantastic golfing experIence!

Linksy feel though not right on coast, inland side of Tayport. Past Open qualifier but not terribly difficult if you stick to fairways; greens quite slow when we visited. No comments on clubhouse as closed due to Covid19.

Great hospitality, from Pro shop and club house, members very welcoming, fair test of golf, course in good condition for this time of year.
Food good and a nice pint of Tennant's, will definitely be back.

Played here once, wind was strong and it was my first time playing a links course. I struggled but I percivered and I really enjoyed it.
Good for all handicaps golfers
K. M. L.
Lovely mix of parkland and links. Distance between holes were minimal and need to watch golfers tee off whilst putting. A bit off puting
M. R.
Delivering my application form for membership. The welcome and service were first class and every member we met spoke to us. A really good atmosphere.

We played on a very windy day and can only say it's a very good test of golf, greens were the highlight of the course with very good bunkering

Course is in great nick ! So much being worked on @ Scotscraig is positive. Always remember to repair your pitch marks & replace your divots.
N. C.
No bins, teeing from fairway and condition of greens let down a course with a great layout.
