More of a trip down memory lane. As played golf here when I was at school at Drayton Manor school, so big memories. OK course, greens and fairways in good condition but little slow. Dog walkers everywhere, good natured wacky baccy smokers on 11th tee, where as a school boy the drunks used to be. Some great holes over Brent River and pond with Church as back drop. Basic bar and cafe, staff friendly. Watch out for the dog walkers.

I use the gym regularly. It's a small one with a few equipments for a normal weight training session. Lots of parking space available. Never gets crowded. Good and clean ambience.

Great golf course some exciting holes amazing greens

Been playing here for last few months. As a new golfer it has been a perfect place to develop my game. Its the cheapest 18 in the area so you have to live with the fact that its also used by the public for jogging, dog walking etc. Although this has never caused me any problems.

This is a great course. All par 4's and a few 3's. Greens great. Fairways well maintained and rough not too overgrown. All in all a great course. Just needs to be tidied up litter wise. Lots of debris here and there...more bins on tees and should have a course warden doing this on a daily basis.

Its £19 a round so for that reason it's a 4* but obviously you are not going to get a completely manicured course. Some tee boxes/fairways and greens are a little scruffy but all in all I had a good round and the course is in good enough condition. For the price it's well worth it.

Visited fitness centre. Good facilities, very clean and secure. Staff friendly and welcoming. Plan to join the fitness centre as a member.

Friendly pay and play, great staff. Unfortunately many of the 'golfers' here feel that taking 5 hours to get round a course that should take 3 hours or so is fine and they take it as a point of pride to not let anyone through and argue when asked to give way to other groups. Also a lot of non-paying jump-ons. In summer not uncommon to have children in the bunkers and sun-bathers in the fairway.

For a public course it is pretty well maintained. Greens are better than some members clubs I've played on. It is always a reliable place to get a round in at weekends as it doesn't often get packed and unlike members clubs visitors are welcome every day.

I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed playing this public course. The greens are a credit to the club and whoever maintains them. I have played "boutique " courses with worse putting surfaces. For £28.00 a steal. There is community involvement with walkers, cyclists and dogs etc but hey, it's a community space. Good job Brent Valley Golf Club.

This is very modern, with a good view over some ponds and the distant park. It's like being in the country, as there are no building or power lines etc in view. The bar is extensive, and there is plenty of seating inside and out.

always great. uncluttered. some holes would be a pick on any course. dont be put off by straight rather dull first 4 holes. river and pond obstacles and lovely parkland setting. just enough undulation

Some nice long holes. Fairly well kept. Lots of strange trenches as hazards. There's a hole where the pond stank of sewage. Very forgiving in most parts. Not the best value but not the most expensive either. Pricing on the Web is deceiving. Clearly says a day price where it means just one round. It does state one round for twilight, so quite misleading. Otherwise it was a nice course. Will go again.
