Took my friend to the tour even though I'm a Man Utd fans myself and he is not a fan, however I enjoyed it, good value money but the shop and the photos are a bit on the pricey side The tour guides were excellent. Crowning point was the press conference where my friend got to talk with Pep...imagine that. Okay so you have to go get that experience for yourself...hehehe

This is a really good tour with a great insight to Manchester city football club & what I think is one of the best looking stadiums in the UK. The tour guide Cameron was excellent & very informative and very good at his job. We had a great time & would highly recommend to any MCFC fan or just a football fan in General.

The price displayed in bold lettering is not the price you will pay, look at the small print at the bottom. Borders onto false advertising to get you into the store and disappoint your kids when you get there and it's £20 more than you expected. Should be more transparent and obvious for a company with this amount of money behind it...

If Manchester City daft, this place would be ideal for you. My family were just visiting family and therefore having a wee nosey around Manchester in general. The security man patrolling the car park was so friendly and helpful. The surrounds itself was nice to see (was a non game day we went). I personally think the prices in the shop were expensive for what you were getting but maybe for fans it's fair.

I bought two sets of the Puma away kits for my too lads from the website. They were too small and the bottom of the socks started scuffing immediately! I decided to take back to the City Store I was a bit concerned that they would give me a hard time about the sock. However, I was very mistaken...the young gentleman OLIVER MATTHEWS was fantastic. He took the kits straight away and exchanged them including the socks without any fuss whatsoever! He also stated that if I had any issues to come back straight away. He is a exceptional individual and a credit to Manchester City! Keep up the great work I will definitely be back even though the kits for kids are mega expensive but worth it!

Pathetic staff... no respect to the fans visiting the shop. My son badly wanted to have his name printed on shirt.. when I reached the counter the guy says we have no letter R? Really.. can you name a player on the playing 11 without the letter R in his name? The guy is in so much hurry he want me to take decision in split seconds.. that was a blot on a wonderful trip for me and my kids to the stadium!!

Great store a must for all true blues, would like to see more retro shirts same old, same old they have been pushing for all years. I have noticed stuff for dogs like bowls, leads & collars would like to see something for horses like head collars & lead ropes or maybe some stable rugs but not holding out much hope.

Music was very very loud and we could barely hear each other speak. We were promised that the club mascots would be there between 11-3 and they seemed to have gone by the time we arrived at 2:15pm. We were around for about an hour and never saw them. Not for me obviously but my son would have liked to have seen them.

Lots of stuff in the store and loads of staff on to support the high numbers. We'll organised given the volume. It was just a bit chaotic and poorly laid out, pricing wasn't always clear and they didn't have enough stock in certain sizes.

Disappointed having visited here a couple of weeks ago. There was nothing on Google to suggest that the main store was being refurbished (I understand this has now reopened) and that the "shop" was temporarily decanted into a couple of shipping containers. Parking was also an issue. My wife holds a blue badge but we couldn't get near the place and I ended up parking at the bottom of a hill and walking up on my own with her waiting in the car. I asked about this and the staff said there should have been a G4S employee at the Ashton Old Road entrance to lower the bollards for us - there wasn't. I bought 2 t-shirts from the store - one as a gift for my brother and another for myself. I ended up giving mine to my nephew as it didn't fit me despite the online size chart stating that it definitely would. Come on City. You can do better than this.

I have visited the stadium city store on many occasions over the years, either to pick up items from online purchases or to buy in store,and I have never yet had a problem, the store is well layed out and items are displayed in sections kid,youth,adults,gifts,printing of shirts is done upstairs with little or no serious waiting times,all the staff are friendly and helpful too,I came today to have a ticket printed for the Huddersfield game,due to a postal mix up on season cards,and got to see the premier league trophy, league cup,and community shield on display,a happy bonus for my grandson and I, great gesture by the club 💙ctwd

It's a well-equipped store but the queuing for shirt-printing is really badly organised. You have to queue to pay for your shirt and pay for the printing. And then you have to join another queue to get the printing done. And then you have to hang around waiting for the printing. It means by the time you have got your shirt, due to the interminable time hanging around, your son has wasted away and the shirt is now too big for him.

A bit unfare this rating shop is excellent getting in is a nightmare went early morning before match day can't get to disabled parking had to go to blue car park and pay £10.00(you get it back if your only going to the store) I don't carry cash so had to park on a muddy car park and walk with my disabled wife to the store covered in muddy shoes very slippy on the floor then and then spoils the image of the shop think the biggest insult was being laughed at by the car park attendant think City need to review the car parks

The merchandise in the shop is impressive if a little overpriced but I'd say that's to be expected. The one thing that really could be improved though is the speed of service!

The Etihad Stadium is the home of Manchester City Football Club. It is capable of holding approximately fifty five thousand spectators, or sixty thousand people if attending a music concert. Visitors can travel to the ground via bus, car, or tram. Since the initial construction began in 2002 it has been the chosen venue for the Commonwealth Games, IBO World Title, Rugby Union World Cup, Uefa Cup Final, and Uefa Women's Championship, in addition to major events for the Rugby League and other prime fixtures and experiences, such as international football games involving the England team and music concerts. There are numerous refreshment points in and around the stadium, and the club store stocks the usual sporting paraphernalia and also includes a ticket office. Different organised tours of the stadium and campus are held on a regular basis for around £20 or less.
