As a key platform for the disability arts sector in Britain and internationally it is important Disability Arts Online use web designers who understand access and respond to requests without swamping their clients in jargon. We've hired DesignKind several times, firstly for the branding of our website in 2016 and subsequently for several website/ publication projects. Their designs are clean, clear and attractive and they are always committed to doing the job to the best possible standard. They respond well to a brief and are a dream to communicate with - always easily accessible by phone or email. The latest brief to create a zine showcasing 31 disabled artists creating work inspired by the Dada Movement was quite a challenge and I am so pleased with what they produced for us.

From the onset, I had a good feeling about working with Paul Cooke of Design Kind, and my gut feeling proved true. As I customer I felt listened to and heard, well-taken care of, and supported in my journey of branding my business, Home of Wellness by Pauliina. Paul was attentive, respectful, efficient, kept me updated on the project status, and followed up when I needed following up on. He was patient and accommodating as I went into nitty gritty details and I felt that I could honestly just say what was working and what needed further work, without making me feel like I'm fussy, difficult or demanding. It felt like a co-creation of the brand because I had so much space to participate alongside the creative work of Paul and Ben. Also, and this is important, Paul's got a great sense of humour and so we could engage in banter. Plus, he is super nice and friendly. One more thing: I only work with ethical businesses and it was very important for me to find someone who is vegan and ethically aligned. So, Design Kind ticked all the boxes for me. Highly recommend!
