Recently completed the build of a new website from scratch with the team at Ellis James. They won a 5-way pitch based on their attention to detail, drive to make us stand out in a cluttered marketplace and consideration for things outside the brief. I have been extremely impressed. The team's approach has been to create best in class user experience, with simple and effective touches right across the site. A large chunk of our text was written by EllisJames, which was well researched and well written. The end result exceeds what I expected from the original concepts and the team have been a pleasure to work with, very responsive and a considered approach. The actual development of the site was carried out in conjunction with a 3rd party developer who integrated seamlessly into the project and delivered to the same high standards. Early results show a 3-fold improvement in behavioural metrics vs our old site and we are already in talks about our next project. Would not hesitate to recommend talking to EllisJames for your next development.

We are currently unable to directly respond to the 1 star review posted by 'James Croft' as verified business owners, as someone has fraudulently 'claimed' our business, so until this issue is rectified, this is the only route we have to reply. Here at Ellis James Creative Ltd, we take any complaints very seriously and will always do our utmost to rectify any issues to the complete satisfaction of our clients, or indeed prospective clients. Unfortunately, James Croft is not a name we recognise and the scenario described does not correlate to any experience we have encountered. We have no doubt this is a fake and malicious review intended to harm our business. I reiterate, if a poor review is genuine, we will be the first to hold up our hands, accept responsibility and look for a way forward, but in this case, we are unable to respond because the scenario is entirely fictitious. Furthermore, it makes little sense in the context of our business model or the services that we offer. If anyone reading this review seeks further clarification, we will of course be very happy to speak to them directly and indeed, put them in touch with any number of our genuine clients, for honest feedback about our business.
