Obviously given the nature of the print job it was something incredibly close to our hearts that we wanted to get absolutely right. Fran did an amazing job; she produced ribbon-bound materials on lovely card stock that were so much nicer than anything the funeral directors would have supplied us with. Throughout the whole design process Fran was brilliant – taking our (very) last minute changes on board and always communicating with us promptly and sensitively. Would highly recommend.
