We have worked on our website twice before and it was such a daunting task, we also struggled with having all the content on the website, we also weren’t happy about the content and how the website was laid out. I must say I was really impressed with the process Somer Design took to take us through the process, Caroline conducted an initial consultation to really get to know me and my business partner Manju and then presented a mock-up of the content and design of the website. We regularly met up to run through the design and made tweaks along the way. We worked with Somer Design on brand elevation. In all honesty it was the wrong timing for us as we are a new, growing charity with not enough resource to give to the project. Caroline rolls out the red carpet not only for her clients but also for her team members. I have the luck of being in her team since April and having worked with her on various projects makes it very clear how excellent service Somer Design provide for their clients. They do a very thorough research of the client’s WHY and USP and I get a very good brief which makes it easy to write a compelling content. Caroline and her colleagues work in a project management software so that it’s easy to track how the project proceeds, see the deadlines and be efficient. Caroline is always very quick with getting back to me if I need a piece of info or help to do a great job. My favourite part is when I receive the layout with the design, it’s always something amazing, exactly matching the client’s profile, and highlighting their personality. Caroline provides a sole point of contact for the client who is always very happy when seeing the final result. Seeing it from behind the scenes how Caroline and Somer Design work, I absolutely recommend them even for complex rebranding projects.
