Paul's careful questioning of our needs led to a good understanding and therefore working relationship. He gave me the confidence to go much further thanb I had thought possible, which has proven invaluable for our project. How to videos and web chats were a vital part of the process, making something that had daunted me become managable and eventually even fun. Explaining technical issues in easy to understand English is a key skill of Paul's.
In addition Paul worked in a creative sense, helping us with logos, shop signs, leaflets and business cards. His visual sense of what works has been extremely helpul in creating a brand from scratch, and linking that in across several different media.
