S. B.Great studio with a great attitude. Classes are second to none and attention to detail is perfect. I can’t recommend Ceri enough, five years I have been with her and I’ve never felt fit both physically and mentally.
N. W.I have only been to two Pilates classes but both sessions have been great. Lauren who teaches the class is extremely friendly and welcoming. She is always checking you are happy with the moves and gives suggestions to make sure you are doing them correctly. The Cerisport building is bright and airy and the classes are Covid compliant.

Ceri's pilates and legs bums and tums classes are incredible, I really feel like I've worked every time and she has the patience and skills to ensure everyone in her class is working to their best ability. Its a rare quality to find someone these days who is so kind and professional.
