SHIFT is much more than just a gym.
Whatever your fitness goals are, it is an amazing place to train and have fun.
The coaches are highly knowledgeable, professional and support you throughout your journey, tailoring workouts to your individual needs and offering nutritional advice as well as much much more.
SHIFT is a friendly, fun and caring community, where everyone is welcome.
I have gained so much and been given opportunities to stretch myself since I have been with SHIFT.
I would highly recommend it to anyone...pop in for a (free) coffee and give it a go!

I’ve been a member of SHIFT for nearly 18 months, and I can honestly say, it’s been a life changer. I no longer see going to the gym as a chore, but a necessity and a pleasure, for both my physical and mental health.
The coaches at shift guide you the whole way through your development, ensuring you’re achieving your goals, but doing it in a safe and encouraging environment, taking into account any injuries that life has thrown at you over the years.
The team have built a community of people who support each other though the training, form new friendships, and having some great socials!…

Shift is a fantastic place to train. The small groups sessions enable you to have the 1:1 coaching and support to progress and have the confidence in your training. The programmes are well structured and offer a wide variety from strength training to Move sessions which are more cardio based. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
Their sessions run throughout the day, 6 days a week.
There is a real community at Shift. I would highly recommend to anyone who is just beginning their fitness journey to those who have experience, you won’t regret it!

SHIFT provides a supportive environment with first class coaches and training programmes, that can help you achieve your physical fitness goals and support your overall well being. The team have built such a fantastic community, that is welcoming to all ages and abilities. The sessions are always fun and rewarding, and there are also additional events available for all (this can range from a long walk followed by a pub lunch, to taking part in various fitness games). Highly recommend.

Best gym we’ve ever been to. The personal trainers are just that: they will adapt to suit you if you have injury. For some people of a certain age that is most important. If this gym had existed when I was younger I would never have gone anywhere else. The staff are really nice too and to be honest this rubs off on the whole atmosphere there. Friendly and yet challenging. Recommend it to anyone

The programming is exceptional for those that are in the detail and love to understand what they’re doing and why. If that’s not your bag then you can still just turn up and get a great workout every time.
I’ve also been really impressed by the coaches approach to managing recovery or a body that is riddled with historic injuries/niggles. I’m definitely in that camp and the coaches have worked with me and shown me a ton of tricks/variations to protect and repair my areas of weakness
It’s not the cheapest but for me the VALUE is exceptional. Could not recommend more highly.

I joined SHIFT when it opened in Brickhill. Throughout thst time I have seen the gym develop with new members and new PT's but the ethos has never changed. They tailor the training to their client so i can be training with people with mix of capabilities and for a geriatric that is great.😀
What is important is that we can laugh at the pain we suffer together and sit down,have a coffee and put the world to rights.
If you are looking for a gym where you are "looked after", valued as a client and can meet with up with some fabulous people, then SHIFT is for you.

Always been someone who would go to the gym one week and then not again for another month or two. Since joining Shift 12 months ago, it’s been game changer for me.
Having specialist coaches taking you through what you are doing step by step has not only made training much better, but definitely a lot more enjoyable and less complicated. Good work team 👊.
