J. H.I started at Berserk when it reopened in May and I have been very impressed by the high quality coaching team and class facilities. The sessions were intense, hard but always fun and very rewarding, with the people around making it such a good experience. The atmosphere was always very welcoming and friendly with everyone always looking out for each other. I learnt more in six months at Berserk than I did in any other training facility I have attended. A big thank you to Eamon and his team for running such a great gym and I look forward to dropping in for a session whenever I'm in Belfast.

All coaches were fantastic at explaining what we were going to do, showing how things were done & giving feedback on form and execution.
