Really enjoy going to Hustle- coaches are all really knowledgeable and let you work at your own pace but push you too! Body composition and tailored workout plan are great with female only/ mixed PT classes. Highly recommend!

The friendly and helpful team make you feel welcome right from the start. As you progress they give you targets and nutrition advice. As a new gym goer this was the perfect place for me. The gym is spotless, well-equipped, and a good range of classes including very early morning slots to suit everyone.

Great gym in a great location, staff are always on hand to help out. They do single group personal training sessions so you are always training with someone else. It's great to have that as you get to know everyone and they help push you to be your best

Best gym ever!! All the coaches are so helpful and friendly and they make an effort for every workout to fit each persons needs. There is also classes at lots of different times to suit. Couldn’t recommend enough 💫

I was apprehensive when I started coming here as I hadn't trained in a while and tend to feel intimidated in the gym environment. I initially went to the female only classes and then started going to mixed sessions when I felt comfortable. The gym has great coaches who have all been so approachable when I've asked for advice. I love that it's not 'one plan for all' as I carry a few niggles. Unlike other gyms I've been to the coaches have given me an alternative exercise so I'm not aggravating my injury and still get the most from my workout. It may as well be one to one as there is somewhere there the whole time to keep an eye on your form and push you when you need it. The members are all friendly and like minded and I'd highly recommend to anyone whether you're just starting out in the gym or you've been going for years.

When they say guaranteed results they mean it! Coaches are experts, they encourage and help you to achieve your goals while still being able to have a bit of craic. Gym is modern, well equipped & has good vibes. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Safe and friendly environment. PTs look after and challenge you when you need it, adapt your exercises depending on your ability. Plenty of space and equipment for your workout - book in system ensures you have your own squat rack and no waiting around for equipment!

A great local gym for all ages and ability and health and fitness levels. All the trainers are knowledgeable, skilled and more importantly, helpful and good craic. I' d recommend you try the 6 week challenge and see what you can achieve for yourself, with good guidance on nutrition and safe, effective training programmes.
