Jay is a fab PT who really supports you and invests in you as a member. I love the small group dynamic and getting to know new people while you train! It's been perfect for me as someone who was new to weight training and perfect balance of encouraging whilst also pushing you to be your best. Highly recommend! ⭐

I'd never been in a gym environment before joining Studio 10. The idea of joining a gym after 40+ years of avoiding it was extremely daunting but I'm glad I did. Jay and the gang made me feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning! I've not only lost considerably more fat than expected within the 6 weeks but I've gained strength, confidence and a whole new belief in myself that I never had before joining the group. After the 6 week program ended I decided to stay for the foreseeable future as many others have before me. Take the plunge guys, YOU WON'T REGRET IT 😃

Really friendly, welcoming gym. I was recommended Studio 10 by others who knew I was someone who wanted to get fitter but had never visited a gym before and they thought it would be perfect for me. They were right! Jay is a really encouraging coach and tailors his coaching to your individual level of fitness. I really enjoy the sessions, always feel so much better having done them and definitely know I have got stronger and fitter. I would really recommend this gym to anyone like me who is nervous about joining a gym. My advice, take the plunge, I am so glad I did.

Was gona give them a 1 star because they nearly made me be throw up but in all seriousness 5 stars all around, good structured class designed to fit in whatever level you're at and lots of positive affirmations from Jay throughout. Highly recommend for good feels and sore muscles

I’m 3 weeks in to the 6 week programme and I’ve gone from someone who absolutely hated exercise to now booking in my sessions as fast as I can because I can’t wait to get back! I’ve already noticed massive changes both physically and mentally; feeling stronger, more confident and healthier!

We just started and already seeing a huge difference. Having amazing coaches that know how to specifically help you is the way to go about it. Can't thank Jay and Arnaud at studio 10 enough! I started this about 6 weeks ago with really bad back problems, postural issues, feeling weak and lost and we've progressed so far. The varied Training using a mixture of weights and cardio has really helped strengthen my weak areas
The guys altered workouts specifically with the issues that I had. Cleaned up my diet with their own meal plans (although I'm not perfects that's on me) gave me the best advice on overall health and working towards long term goals. Really changed up my mentality to life and in such a short time 6 weeks! The plan is to continue this and keep on reaching my goals!! Can't recommend them enough
Even my posture has improved greatly working on tight muscles especially in my chest and back Jay and Arnaud is magic like over the 6 weeks managed open up my chest which was quite tight and led to me having quite a hunched over and closed in posture Had jay look at it and within about 15 mins loosened up so much I could breathe way better need to get a longer session booked in soon and with my back over the 6 weeks the "text neck" has started to straighten out just with workout and mobility exercises.
Jay and Arnaud are really friendly and provide a welcoming atmosphere to work out and get gains in Everyone will feel comfortable working with them.
