C. T.It’s a nice gym, the 24/7 schedule is what made me choose this gym, at 10-11 pm the gym is empty and you can work quietly.
It is clean, but there will always be hairs and lumps of dust on the floor, in the corners. The music should be improved, the same playlist for months, it would be a good idea for new accessories and maybe someone can manage the social media pages(I was looking for the hours for Christmas time and the last activity on instagram & facebook was from last year.
But, I’m still going there, because is the best from the area.

0.24/7, parking is great and secure, however equipment really is lacking and a lot of the equipment such as rhe lat pulldown or row is missing pins or broken in some form, also, no low cable row which is a shame but has all the barbells and plates you need.
R. K.gym itself is fine everything you need and all the staff are really nice with the exception of one redhead personal trainer but overall a good gym. The owner however is a TW-T and very arrogant does not leave a good impression also a heads up even tho they advertise cancelling anytime good luck getting through to anyone over the phone to cancel as they make it IMPOSSIBLE.
F. S.I love this gym. You have got so many different equipments and classes. The gym is cheap compared to the other gyms. When it gets really quiet, it's the perfect place to workout.
Bad thing I would say about this gym is that they don't repair equipment quite quickly. I am sure one of the equipments have been under repair for several weeks now.
R. B.I was extremely pleasantly surprised by this gym. I used to work in Fort Dunlop but never actually trained here, but a few weeks ago I came here on a day pass.
It was a much, much nicer environment than I'd pictured from outside, with a much greater range of equipment. And the changing rooms are awesome!
I'm currently very happy in easyGym, Birmingham Centre - due to price differences, and ease of access via public transport - but if that ever changes I would happily switch here as my regular gym.
