Best boxing club in the country. Trained by the legend frank o sullivan. Many champions come out of this gym. So all these ppl writing bad reviews saying no training involved and just left to punch the bags clearly do not understand the concept of boxing and think they should be the best overnight ..this is not a sport for the mentally weak..patients. discipline and a back bone is required. So if you aint got that take up something like bird watching or train spoting..dont blame the coaches if u aint got what it takes.
