I like it when supplement shop staff have a good product knowledge, so I can get answers for my questions. Thats why I used to shop at H&B for Whey protein all the time. However recently they raised their price so I decided to shop around. Gym Stop is near my gym in Bournemouth and I went there by chance for Whey protein only. Shop staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I mean, they know what they are selling. They explained me the difference between brands and price etc. And they gave me few samples to try out. Because some Whey proteins have gluten (which I can't have) I needed to find the suitable Whey brand for me. Trying a sample 25g sachet was a brilliant idea. Great customer service. Will definitely go back there again.

They have a good selection of whey protein and a big range of preworkouts. I bought Alpha Lion Super Human Supreme Pre Hulk Juice pre workout for £36.90, it's really cheaper than many places and cheaper than Amazon . Thank you guys at Gym Stop Bournemouth.
