Excellent ab routines an different circuits!!! The trainer is friendly and always ready to help !!!! I've had him for classes and personal training sessions and got great results. The abs class is great for all levels and he can push you to your limits

Great abs class!! Yes it's an early start but it's fun, varied and leaves you energised for the whole day! I really enjoy it and can feel the difference... recommended!!!

Love this class. It's relaxed and fun. Timmo the trainer is both very approachable and knowledgable so you get expert 1 2 1 tuition in the class where needed to make sure you know what you are working and that you are doing it correctly. Wish I could do more :)

I've never had much ab definition, but since going to amazing abs classes for 3 months I can definitely see a difference. I also feel stronger and more stable :)
