I have used quite a few gyms in Brighton and near areas; this is by far the one I prefer, location is great and equipment is all new like everything else in the gym. It always smells good, always spotlessly clean. Staff are very nice and welcoming, also good and quick communication via emails or texts, always very helpful. Also they have hair bands and sanitary towels in the ladies which is a really nice and thoughtful touch I have never found in any other gym. I definitely recommend this gym!

I really love this gym, the equipment is fantastic, high quality, which helps tremendously with the workout. The staff are friendly and welcoming, it is also very clean and tidy at all times, the location is very convenient. I was in Brighton for one week and wanted to visit a Gym during my stay. Énergie Fitness Brighton offers weekly subscription which is fantastic. The Front Desk is managed by professional and friendly staff and Amalyah is a darling! She is a sunshine and I felt always comfortable in this Gym. Very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this gym, as it may be the best gym in brighton regardless of its size! It has all the machines needed for a proper workou, the people coming here are absolutely nice and helpful, and so is the team of the gym!

Wow so impressed with this Gym! Very clean, not too busy, great equipment and friendly staff (especially Lucy) I’m someone who trains with weights and I have to say the selection of equipment is great, not many pieces that I could think are missing from what they have here. Dumbbells go up to 50kg and there are 2 of most sets of dumbbells which is great Don’t really want to tell too many people about this place I want to keep it all to myself haha!
