Top gym. Staff are always happy to help and the gym is very spacious and clean. I was offered the opportunity to freeze my membership for months at no cost. I’ve renewed it a few times and don’t regret it. Prices are competitive and they offer group classes and an app with workout plans. Keep up the good work!

This is a great gym with some great personal trainers. I was always a runner and hated training in a gym setting, but Marcel was able to make me enjoy the training. He would push me when I needed to be pushed, and would make jokes when I needed to smile. I cannot recommend Marcel enough. Getting results and enjoying myself, what could I want. Great gym with a good selection of equipment. I’ve been a member for a few years and have recently started training with Roxy who is one of the PT’s. Roxy has been fabulous at building my strength and body confidence. Her plans are realistic and really work. I can still eat all the cheese and wine and look good doing so!

Great equipment with lots of machines I haven’t found in other gyms. Really friendly staff which are helpful if you need them. I have trained with Roxy a PT here for about 7 weeks now, which was my reason for joining this gym, as I wanted to improve my confidence and knowledge in the gym. Roxy has given me the advice and time to make me achieve my goals already seeing such a difference in myself. She is helping me with my back as I suffer with pain but still want to train, and achieve my goals. Anytime Fitness has everything you need, all the equipment is in great condition and always kept clean. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. They have a fab selection of classes, I particularly love Legs, Bums & Tum’s with Ella and also Body Combat & Body Pump with Roxy. I have recently started 3 free ‘jumpstart’ sessions with Roxy the PT, she is so knowledgeable and has put a programme together for me based on my requirements, I can’t wait to get started and see some results!

I used to train here with Roxy. She is a great coach, helped my glute growth enormously and improved my compound excersize technique. She has a lot of good tips for stretching and deep knowledge of training particuarly for muscle growth. She understands how to coach people to loose fat in a sustainable way and rehab injuries. This is my favourite gym I've ever been to in Bristol. The staff are friendly and actually interacts with you. It's never too full and there's a PUNCHING BAG! Loads of little rewards and competition too! Exciting gym !!!

I visited the gym and found all the equipment really intimidating. I met a personal trainer called Roxy there. She was so lovely and welcoming and helped me to do an exercise I was unsure of how to set up. We got to chatting and I expressed that I felt incredibly nervous in the gym. She listened to me and explained what services she offered as a PT. She was more than happy to offer me a free session to get a better understanding of the gym. We did weightlifting which I had never done before but now I love it!!! Highly recommend Roxy, she has helped me to fall in love with exercise.

Such a great gym, the people are incredibly friendly and helpful! The services are very smooth, especially the freeze option. As a student, that is very important to me as I’m often travelling back and forth, so my membership has lasted me a long time. The gym itself is a good size, with enough ventilation to make sure you don’t overheat. Would definitely recommend to people around the cotham/kingsdown/whiteladies area!

I moved to Bristol in 2018, and decided to join Anytime Fitness in Clifton and it was the best decision ever. A month after joining the gym, I decided to get a PT, spoke to James Seeley, he is very good at catering individual’s need. I had problems with my knee and he sorted it out for me. As a member visiting from Sydney, this gym was awesome! There's a lot of space for a lot of equipment and even with minimal staff (just the one, plus a cleaner at the time) were on point in continuously keeping the gym floor tidy and hygienic. The private bathrooms/showers were a little gritty and lacking, but if you stay/live nearby then I guess you don't need those facilities. Thanks for helping me keep my routine going while on my trip!

Underground Gym, so space is a bit tight but good range of Machines, showers, classes etc. Prices are decent. I have been a member for some years and really like the locality of it as well as the staff. - One in particular Roxy stands out as being really engaging and knowledgeable.

The facilities are good and the gym is quite spacious but I've been poorly informed about everything, especially the fees. Firstly, I didn't know my contract is been done for 1 year when I actually wanted to do a 6 months contract. There is also a fee if you want to freeze your membership that I haven't been told about, as well as a charge for when you delay your monthly payment. Even I have been asked to pay the monthly fee I haven't been worn I will consequently, be charged a 12£ fee. Hopefully these things will be improved.

Good gym, convenient 24h access. A little pricey, and suffers from the standard gym issue in that it can feel like a bit of an intimidating environment. The staff are helpful, never had any issues.

Convenient city centre gym with a good app, friendly staff and a good range of features. They've made the most of their underground facilities but theirs no hiding the lack of space and sunlight, good range of machines and a separate exercise room. Going to park your car nearby? Good luck

It wasn't fit for what I wanted but might be for others. At £25-40 a month its not cheap, but not too far off other local prices. However in terms of value for money I would rather go to something like PureGym which has more for less, or I would pay more for a proper health club. If you're serious about fitness its not good, but if you're looking to keep basic fitness and have a busy job, its alright. Mens changing rooms were tiny, 2m of changing bench, directly adjacent to a urinal! And not terribly clean. Lots of running machines (which I never see the point of) and most machines you can think of - but only one of each, not good considering it gets mad busy. Some machines would not adjust to suit my height (6'3"). Great aircon though!

Great gym! I was a member for a couple of years until I moved to a different city. Friendly staff, lots of equipment and a wide range of classes. I particularly enjoyed my 1-2-1 PT sessions with Roxy every week. Roxy was amazing, really supportive and very knowledgable. Highly recommend :)

Been a member for just under a year now and haven't had any issues. suits me being able to go after work and the contract terms doesn't bother me as I'm in a contract for work anyway. My only wish is for the staff to be more liberal with the air-con, it's not the best ventilated and i'm sometimes met with stank and foggy glasses when I enter as it's super humid from peoples sweat.

Been going to the gym for nearly 4 years now and it’s a pretty good gym for the location and price with extra classes included with your membership. This is also where I met my PT Roxy Sullivan who hands down is one of the best trainers I have come across. She is extremely understanding and I have seen good results with her at a time when I had almost given up on my fitness goals. She’s taught me a lot of things re form and nutrition to take forward in the longer term. Biggest takeaway with having Roxy was that she’s designs your workout/nutrition plan for a lifestyle that fits you and it comes with an app that you can use to track your workout and progress. Strongly recommend Roxy for anyone that needs a compassionate yet pragmatic trainer to achieve your fitness goals !

I've been a member at anytime fitness for some time now but my love of it only began just under a year and a half ago when I reached out to my PT Roxy who is one of the many personal trainers at anytime fitness. I started training with Roxy during lockdown and when the gyms were closed? It wasn't a problem! She wad able to equip our session for the outdoors! With Roxy support and encouragement a managed to lose a total of 4 and a half stone! Anytime fitness in Clifton is my main gym and out of the ones I've been too it's definitely the most spacious! Friendly atmosphere and good equipment!

First time I’ve been back at the gym in a long while, and all the staff at Anytime in Clifton were lovely. I’m having PT sessions with Roxy, and she is absolutely brilliant - best PT I’ve ever worked with - She’s understanding of my goals, answers all my questions in an engaging way and really helping me build strength and get comfortable in the gym environment. It is an underground gym, but I’ve never found that an issue - and I love the fact it’s open 24/7 and that I can go to other locations with ease when I’m travelling for work.

Anytime Fitness (Bristol triangle) is well furnished, with top range exercise and weights machines. All are machines of torture, but in a very good way! Staff are friendly and helpful, even more so post lock down. Classes are fun - I especially like the pump class. I've been seeing my PT, James, for the last 3 years. I came to him with very bad knees, unable to squat, star jump or lunge. I can now do them all. He's patiently encouraged and pushed me to achieve strength goals I didn't think I would ever achieve. My lazy arse is now fully engaged and working hard to support the rest of my body. His full body work out approach means I have a well balanced exercise regime. Left to my own devises I'd concentrate on the exercises I like, rather than the ones that I need. Can't recommend him enough.
