I've been training with David and Natalia for almost two years now, I think. They are wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced, I could not ask for better trainers. I have exceeded my strength goals and hit the most important one, which is injury prevention.
I look forward to my Strength Lab sessions with them every week: they're top notch on fitness and top notch people. Go train with them! :D

Absolutely love Strength Lab and cannot rate it highly enough! All of the trainers are brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly. Because they are Strong First certified the level of training you get is (in my opinion) world class.
I love the engaging enthusiastic and inspiring environment. I have found that because of Strength Lab my motivation has been at its highest it’s ever been. Because of this I have been able to make huge step changes to the way I approach exercise for the better.
The biggest change they have made is my mobility. I didn’t really bother or appreciate this aspect of training before and they have opened my eyes to the MASSIVE difference this makes.
There is a huge variety of options available to meet your own personal goals and objectives, just have a discussion with the trainers and before you know it they have a plan in place and you feel in safe hands.
Oh and there is loads of equipment too - I’ve never seen so many kettlebells!! Foam rollers, Olympic bars, weights, punchbags, air bicycle (sickening…) the list goes on.
What are you waiting for? Get yourself booked in for a session. You won’t regret it!

Been a member for a couple of months. It's much better than randomly going from one piece of gym equipment to another, not really knowing what you are doing, or trying to train by yourself. You get the personal touch with a plan to achieve your goals, attention, encouragement and motivation from coaches who know what they are doing and are
friendly and supportive.
I speak as a sedentary middle aged bloke who wants to get fitter, and am already feeling better for it. Well worth getting in touch with them.

I have been training with David and Natalia for around 3 years now. I come out of training feeling strong, confident and uplifted, and they have succeeded in fostering a hugely supportive atmosphere in their classes. Plus it's a lot of fun! You would be hard pressed to find kinder, more hard-working and knowledgeable kettlebell trainers.

Patient and friendly trainers who know their stuff inside out and are completely committed to helping you meet your targets! I was interested in building my strength, dropping a few pounds and improving my posture and coordination. I starting doing weekly kettlebells classes with StrengthLab about 18 months ago and loved it so much I am now training with them three days a week. Beyond feeling stronger and fitter, I am now deadlifting more than my own bodyweight. Never thought this would be possible. Next: the pull up.

I cannot recommend Strength Lab highly enough. I went there a year ago with a very damaged knee that was due major surgery. They set me on a course of Katzu (not the curry) that made the recovery from surgery so speedy that I was walking &, most importantly, cycling in no time. Since then I have embarked on a strength building, body toning, fitness increasing regime & haven’t looked back. My shape has changed, my strength has increased significantly and my fitness levels are such that I’m walking miles & about to train for Ride London. The team there are fabulous; enthusiastic, focussed on what YOU need and so well qualified. I have NEVER had an injury yet have been pushed way way beyond where I thought I could go. Just get beyond the venue (not smart at all), walk in and you will not regret it.

This is a training experience like no other. I have tried classes, personal training, training with friends as well as trying out fun stuff to keep active. This is by far the best of all I have tried. Nat and David, the trainers, are so so supportive and the semi private training not only keeps costs down but puts you in a small group of like minded individuals - which is perfect for those who are a little nervous as you can be sure that others will be there to support and welcome you. Nat and David do huge amounts of work behind the scenes to tailor everybody's programme to their body, capabilities and goals and also to help you with extra stuff such as nutrition coaching and injury recovery. I have been with them for over 18 months now, I am fitter, stronger, healthier, happier and I have made some great friends along the way. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the kinds of people and this is the kind of community to change your life :D
