Stayed local in Langford on holiday and was in pain from arthritis. Booked the £35 August deal (rrp£55) which was amazing - I had use of all the spa and then a Pizza salad and wine , afternoon tea included . BARGAIN!! .. There were outdoors facilities jacuzzi sauna sun loungers unlike alot of gyms. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful & friendly . The lady who booked me even popped in to the restaurant to check i'd had a nice time - how lovely.. I was pampered and wish I could go regular if lived local .

I've been a member of this gym for about 3 years and I only really stay for the instructor led classes which are amazing. My experiences of having treatments in the spa and food in the restaurant have also been very positive. However the pool/sauna/jacuzzi/steam/changing room facilities are not very pleasant to use. The steam rooms and outdoor jacuzzi are consistently too cold and both jacuzzi's go through cycles of 6 minutes being on and 6 minutes being off - meaning that much of your time is essentially in a luke warm bath with strangers. Much of the tile work is quite mouldy - definitely due a good re-grouting! Overall it's a bit meh.

Only visited once but absolutely loved the spa. My only negative would be that I came on a Sunday meaning there were lots of children which made it very noisy and very difficult to swim in as there wasn't much space. Also sitting in the jacuzzi next to the pool with all the screaming children in wasn't very relaxing. I do understand it was a weekend. Would love to visit during the week when I'm sure there's less noise and a bit more peace. Lovely place. Lovely staff. I also visited the upstairs restaurant and it was incredible the staff were lovely, the food was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Whilst I’m not a regular at this type of place, this spa looks quite tired to me. The pool itself is ok, and the jacuzzi is very warm. However the chlorine level is off the scale and quite unpleasant. The sauna and steam room are fine, but none of it seemed very luxurious to me.

Lovely place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Jacuzzi , steam room were very good. Quiet and relaxing room was ruined by 2 women who keeps talking even though they talked quietly it was still annoying as you could hear them . Apart from that we enjoyed our visit.xx

Good facilities inside and the pool, sauna and steam rooms are great. The changing room are nice, but would benefit from changing cubicles. The problem we had was we wasnt offered the use of a lift to get to the spa reception and there were many steps up and down - no good if you are disabled as mu wife is. Luckily she can walk short distances. All in all very nice.

Beautiful spa and lovely staff. The spa has one pool with some lanes, it's quite small and not deep but lovely, gets quite busy on weekend but quiet in the week. Two indoor hot tubs, one attacked to the pool and a small one separate and a beautiful outdoor hot tub too. Relaxation room is amazing too. Saunas and steam rooms are lovely and women's changing room has its own sauna and steam room too which is a lovely touch. Spa treatments are well worth the money. Though I haven't yet used the gym.

I have been a member since last year and I advise you to not get a membership. I'll try and keep this review short and simple. Negatives: • Not open 24 hours • You will struggle to park at peak times • £70 a month and you are tied into a minimum 12 month contract • Management ignores your emails • Facilities are not the cleanest • When equipment is broke they take at least a few days to replace it Positives: • I never had a problem with members • Nice view when using exercise bike • You can have a shower after you've worked out • More facilities than other gyms • For you ladies you have a better changing room than the men's I only recommend you join the gym if £70 a month is pocket change to you. You can join gyms in North Somerset which are like £15 a month and open 24 hours of course before lockdown. Because of germs I expect less people to bother with gyms. If you have the room at home then just buy the equipment it will work out cheaper in the long run.

I love this place. Lovely staff, great spa facilities and a lovely restaurant. The group exercise classes are taught by amazing instructors who are always happy to give you advice.

We went there using a Groupon for two people that included three treatments (full body massage, scalp massage and facial treatment), a set lunch and 4 hours use of facilities. You also get a robe, a towel and showers have shampoo and conditioner (no slippers included). My massage was average and my wife`s one was good but we both agreed it was not as complete and precise as the one we had at Bath Spa. At lunch we got lasagna and cannelloni and two glasses of prosecco. If you take anything else or want more expensive dish you pay extra. Lasagna was fine (although it had too much besciamella) but cannelloni had too much spinach and few ricotta and salt. Service wasn`t great as we weren`t asked if we wanted anything else to drink (we wanted water in addition to the prosecco) or to eat. Spa facilities include Sauna, Steam room, relaxation room, swimming pool and an indoor and an outdoor jacuzzi. We really liked the outdoor jacuzzi but it`s max for six people I would say so in rush hours can be difficult to use it. We went during the week so it was not busy. The relaxation room can smell after few people use it as the beds remain wet. Swimming pool had two lanes for swimming. I`t a bit dark to properly swim (and with not signs to use as a reference for the back style) but still good enoguh to swim. We didn`t use the gym as after the massage it is not suggested to do activities. We spent 2 hours in the spa and then we left as we ended up to be bored. Maybe, I suggest to use the gym for one hour and a half, have the massage and then use the spa for the remaining time. We don`t regret going there but we reckon Bath Spa has more to do (far bigger swimming pool and has the chrometherapy and aromatherapy rooms so we ended up using the all 4 hours) and we had a better massage. On the other hand, Bath Spa costs 20% more so if you don`t have the budget to go there, you won`t leave unsatisfied here.

2 fab massages and a lovley day at the spar. Food was great! Only thing let it down was small things like damaged walls and light bulbs not working. And the sofas in the waiting room are worn and need to be replaced. Also great staff. Felt well looked after.

Afraid the standard and quality of the health club has gone down some since our last visit a year ago. Pool and all facilities just need updating. I would also suggest limiting the amount of Groupon booked in on a day as this along with members made it so busy on our visit. Hoping they will improve.

I had spent all day yesterday in this lovely Spa,location is fantastic 👌, parking very easy with not problems. My best friend gave a voucher for Spa treatment, I made the most of this free time to enjoy this amazing facilities. I have a wonderful therapist massage her name Larrisa she gave to me a good massage and I felt so relax. I enjoy a lovely lunch in the restaurant too With a lovely glass of bubbles 🍾. I will visit this amazing place again?

Visited the spa mid week and unfortunately both the outdoor hot tub and indoor jacuzzi were closed as well as the rainforest shower being out of order. Everything was a little tired looking. I got the impression that things not working was the norm from the reactions of regulars there. Shame.

Recently rejoined and I cannot believe the refurbishment that had taken.llsfe.. the investment in machinery is astonishing.. I love these facilities.

We have just started taking our youngest here for one to one swimming lessons. The place is very clean and tidy, nice pool. Staff are very pleasant and has a nice feel about it.

A really nice gym with good facilities and Bardolino serves great food and drinks too. One niggle is that they don't serve spirits; they have a cool setup where you can see all the drinks, but it surely wouldn't hurt to keep a few basics in.

Even though the receptionist was friendly the direction wasn't very helpful or clear. There were plenty of disabled toilets BUT the place isn't disabled friendly so don't go if you are in a wheelchair. You need to walk down stairs to get to the pool, steam rooms, the tranquility room and the jacuzzi. The adult outdoor area is looking very tired and the boards around the jacuzzi were green and slippery. Again not very disabled friendly. There is an elevator to the first floor to access the gym, restaurant and spa. But there are no directions and lots of stock from the kitchen in the way! We had "afternoon tea" in the restaurant...not exactly what I would class as an afternoon tea with sandwiches, and cakes ...we were offered pizza, toast and something else...IF you wanted a starter or a dessert it was extra! I'm sure our order had been forgotten about because it took along time to be served. We were entertained by a wasp that had fallen into my prosecco and slowly died...When the waitress finally came to serve our food he was definitely dead. Thankfully the drink was replaced. We had booked a full body massage which was ok and very relaxing. The place is dated and needs a bit of updating and tidying up. Oh and btw the disability emergency cord pulls in the disabled toilets/changing rooms need to be 3mm from the floor not 3ft up. This is because if we were to fall then we would have a chance to pull the emergency cord!! Would I visit again...mmmm I'm not sure to be honest as I found it to much of a struggle to get about. Didn't take any photos unfortunately as our phones were locked away in the changing rooms.

We stayed here for my granny’s birthday and It was incredible. All the staff were so lovely yet professional, the food was amazing and the spa was one of the best I’ve ever been too. A special thanks to Paige for looking after us and all of our many dietary requirements so well in the restaurant and Lauren in the spa for the brilliant massage! I never got the name of the lady that did my mams massage but my mam is a trained masseuse and she said hers was amazing also so thank you all. We will be back.

We stayed in the Cadbury House Hotel in March 2022, and we were absolutely blown away by the quality of the Spa & Bardolino's Restaurant. The outside jacuzzi was amazing and all of the facilities were top notch. I booked a massage for myself, my mum, my sister and grandma and every one was fabulous. I received my massage from a lovely woman named Corey (forgive me if I have the wrong spelling) and she was absolutely amazing! So professional, and just brilliant in every way. The service when dealing with the spa was 10/10 from start to finish. Moving on to Bardolino's, again I was really impressed by the food and service. The restaurant Supervisor Paige was so accommodating and looked after the many dietary requirements in our party. She even stayed open late so that we could finish our meal. The food, service and atmosphere were fabulous the whole way through. I would highly recommend their afternoon tea for anyone on a spa weekend. We will definitely be returning.

Very modern, lovely and relaxed with a spa feel to the place and a good gym. Could do with an outdoor pool and to increase the sports facilities such as tennis courts etc. The gym can be a little dirty and the showers never seem to have shampoo and conditioner even though this is a facility they have and should keep stocked up. The mens changing rooms are also colder than the females which is unfair.
