Kara and her team are so supportive and have helped me to tone up and get fit. It’s much more relaxed than a normal gym and is so much more friendly. It’s suitable for all ages and abilities. I would really recommend this to people looking for a tailored, more personal experience where they will be encouraged to achieve their goals.

Vibrocise is a life saver and life changing! The support and encouragement you received from Kara and the staff at Vibrocise really is amazing : )! They work with all ages &and all walks of life, they support you in getting into a regime that works for you whether it’s too loose weight, maintain or build muscle. They work in close partnership with individuals who have suffer long & short term injuries or have conditions that gyms wouldn’t be equipped to take they on with. The team work in close partnership with planning events and charities event that is very close to individual’s its a get way yo get in shape and stay connected with social events and the community! I have lost a staggering 3 stone in just 5 months along with 10% body fat and I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been. When I say Vibrocise is life changing it’s because it’s TRUE & BONUS - it only takes 20 minutes out of your day. I can only hope that Vibrocise continues to get big & makes it to the map because it’s the best thing I’ve signed up too!

I really look forward to all my vibrocise sessions. As a working mum it’s really easy to fit it into my tight schedule because the sessions are only 30 minutes - this means I’ve been able to commit to it, go several times a week and keep it up. I’m so much stronger now, and love how invigorating the Vibro-exercise is. I always feel great when I leave. The team are really friendly and supportive and make sure you don’t lose sight of your goals!

Vibrocise has really encouraged me to be more motivated for my own personal weight loss journey. With the support of Kara and her team I feel that I am able to smash my own personal goals from this 10 day trial. It’s lovely and clean, very supportive member of the teams, it’s also child friendly which is much more beneficial as I'm mother with children. It’s 20 minute session instead of enduring hours at the gym.

Vibrocise is such a fab little gym. It is a lovely welcoming environment with experienced trainers to help tailor your workout so you can achieve your goals. As a busy working mum I can manage to fit the 20minute sessions into my day. I would highly recommend even if you don’t have any experience.

Wow, what can I say? Vibrocise is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since starting Vibrocise last summer I have got back to the weight I want to be. I started to see results almost immediately, especially my tummy, I am much more toned. I have had to buy a whole new wardrobe as my clothes no longer fitted me properly and I wore shorts for the first time the other day and that is something I haven't done in over 20 years! I would definitely recommend it especially if you are a little pushed for time. I would never step in a gym again, it's Vibrocise all the way for me!

A fantastic way to tone, strengthen and loose weight. I come away from each session feeling full of energy and far more relaxed than when I arrived. The environment is really friendly and there are men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes that do it so you really don't feel awkward or embarrassed. Would definitely recommend!
