Super independent place for those tired of commercial gyms. Specialist resistance machines with a playground of attachments not found in most gyms. Great atmosphere. Pre and post work out supplements available for convenience.

Excellent facilities. Friendly and very helpful staff. Not very crowded even on rush hours. Ideal to focus on strength training and muscle building. High recommend!

Recently joined and can already see it's a great gym. Loads of equipment, loads of weights. Good atmosphere too which really makes a difference. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got a couples membership which gives great value for money. We will be going regularly.

Great noncommercial gym for the serious of gym goers. No waiting forever to get on a piece equipment as there's more variety for body parts. Also people are considerate I.e put weights back and don't sit on equipment playing on phone and then say "I've still got 10 more sets". It is smaller than a commercial gym but as I mentioned plenty of equipment to get a great workout. Great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if your serious about your training, that being if your a beginner or veteran.

Just joined with my partner, and got a great discount because we joined together. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, showed me how to use machines, and set me a goal for my first session. Lots of equipment to use and well laid out.

I recently moved to Colchester and looked a few gyms but Repz caught my eye as I am an Iron lover. Joined and everyone was really polite and anyone I asked for spot did without any hesitation. This is a fantastic environment with loads of physique competitors who can help and motivate you. I felt motivated and determined to smash out my pb's whilst i'm here. I would definitely recommend this gym as it is by far the best in colchester.

Driven 2 hours to try this new gym out as I’ve heard such good reviews! From the off felt so welcome by all the staff. Great atmosphere, music on point and more then enough equipment! Ben, Pat, Kaj, Tom and Carter were so friendly and more than happy to help. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a good workout and a great atmosphere!

Best gym I've ever been at. There is no gym like Repz in the whole Colchester that truly is the home of "bodybuilding" That's where my journey started and I took this sport very seriously, having the support and coaching of owner Ben Rowe brought me two big titles, British Champion in 2018 and 3rd at Arnold Classic. No disrepsect for other gyms, but whenever Repz is closed and I have to go to other commercial gyms, I'm not so pumped, not feeling the vibe. It's more than just a gym, it's a community, and can also be your home, just like it is for me

What a fantastic environment - Truly motivational, energizing and friendly. As a lady who has struggled with my weight and self-confidence for many years I will confess I was slightly daunted at the prospect of a 'bodybuilding' type of gym, but my preconceived misconceptions couldn't have been further from the reality - I experienced such a genuinely warm welcome & expert advice and encouragement. Best of all, the help and motivation continues - I'm made to feel like a valued member not a Direct Debit number! So I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful staff and members who have shown me such kindness and support. So for anyone out there who, like me, who struggles with their weight and confidence, please dont procrastinate like I did! You'll be well taken care of :) P.S The 5 star reviews are well deserved - Such a shame that a couple of bitter, resentful local residents have left venomous reviews concerning music. These facilities are based in a commercial industrial park!?

Love this gym, it really is the best in Colchester. Nothing comes close to this. MUSIC is spot on, the vibe is spot on, the atmosphere is awesome and the kit is phenomenal. Every session is insane. Come and check this place out.
