J. H.Lovely gym, and lovely people - there's always a great buzz and energy here.
A lot is said about lack of connection and poor mental health, and real community based businessess are few and far between, but Red Corner Gym has created it's own standing in the community over decades of hard work, and works day in and day out to help people's mental and physical health, to bring out people's best selves.
The staff are welcoming, personable, professional and highly knowledgeable about what they do.
If you want to get fit not only does the gym provide the tools, they also have staff who have in-depth knowledge of strength and conditioning and movement, as well as up to date nutritional advice - pretty much everything you will need on your journey to wellness.
The boxing coaching is of course legendary and owner Glenn has decades of hard-fought experience in this area, and he continues to train high quality fighters to this day.
If you really want to improve your mental and physical health this is the place to do it.
Red Corner Gym is highly recommended by myself and many others.

T. R.I did the mitt master session on a Wednesday night & a 1 to 1 session with Steve Sunday morning & enjoyed both. For anyone wanting to get fit id recommend Wednesday night & anyone wanting to become a boxer book a 1 to 1 session with Steve, i will be a regular now.

E.I have been training here for about 8 years now. I joined at a time when my confidence was really low but I immediately felt at home. I was welcomed and encouraged and the boxing tuition was excellent. Everyone is encouraged and respected regardless of age, fitness or experience.
I've trained here throughout chemotherapy a few years ago as I knew I was in safe hands
It's now part of my recovery and return to fitness.

There is no difference in the treatment and respect given to pro boxers, and someone putting on a pair of gloves for the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone- regardless of age or fitness. Everything a gym should be.

Now I’m currently doing 1 to 1 sessions which I really enjoy. Everyone here gets along with each other really well, never seen or experienced anything bad at RCG.

L.I am a young female . I train there regularly and I feel very comfortable. The gym is very nice and very nicely decorated not very big but very cozy. The staff are good and friendly if you have any question they help. As a female training in there I find that the men are respectful towards women's and I never been intimidated. They also have a great variety of clothes that you can buy with the logo on and proteins bars too. I enjoy coming to Red Corner gym . Lori G

Very good atmosphere with no ultra ego type personalities. Always a warm welcome in every visit, by everyone at the gym!
All the people that work there are friendly and always have time to answer any questions or show you how to use any equipment and also All in a good moods which is obviously why the place is buzzing with positive energy!
I have 1n1 sessions with Troy, he is sick and in 6 weeks had me ready for my charity fight and help me shift 2.5 stone for the fight to! The guy is a legend with ALOT of knowledge
