This was an amazing recreation centre to visit with a friend, offering a 2 hour experience for just £13 each! The centre has a lot to stay entertained, including normal and springboard trampolines, a cyber tower and a battle beam. Me and my friend were checked in for our session promptly by the staff, leaving our belongings in the large storage area!

We've been to couple of parties here over the summer. Brilliant place and the staff are brilliant. Pizzas look good and my youngest enjoyed them. My eldest had a ninja burger today and loved it. They also do an unlimited slush cup, you pay £5 and they can fill it forever and a day while on the site

2nd visit to the laser quest arena today. My son is a massive lover of laser quest and even more so after today due to the amazing staff who were running laser quest Holly and Ash they are a credit to flip out. Will 100% be revisiting the laser quest

Absolutely love it! From the ninja tag to the extreme intensity trampolines, the area was clean fun and safe. You can get a wristband with your personal name on it that connects to all the electronic elements ‘for example ninja tag or the towers’ so you can race against your friends. I also like the fact that it is difficult but possible for all ages like the traverse wall I had to try really hard to complete it. Overall there is one thing to change. On the racing towers you need to warn customers that you have to press twice after the 5 seconds and once your done press the blue button at the back.

Fun fun fun great atmosphere went with my grandson and he loved it was little unsure about what to do at first but one of the assistance helped him gave him confidence and interacted with him after a few minutes he was bouncing 4 and 5 trampolines at a time it has great theming and even got a section for the tiny ones you can eat there too .We have been again and loved it would have given 5 stars but filling in the forms in and the waivers are time consuming and you have to watch a safety video but it's still worth it 🙂 Grandson is 8 years old

Went with my little girl first time for the 10 to 3 toddlers and we had a great time, as always things with the little on own can be daunting but was easy to get round, and found plenty of space where we could enjoy ourselves. Is a great soft play where can get yourself some food and keep an eye while play and you get a rest. And it’s a good work out and just booked to go again.

Brought my 7 year old son and 1 year old daughter hear I'd heard from a friend about needing to sign a waver to be allowed in, you can do this in flip out which is a hassle and time consuming or do what I did and do it online before you plan to go! I found it expensive 10 pound for a hours bounce plus two quid for the socks. The lady that served us was as miserable as sin and generally looked like she would rather be any where else. Once paid your directed vaguely to a room where your child will be made to watch a video on health and safety before being allowed to bounce. Once my son was bouncing he loved it with a few staff observing the children's safety. You can view your children from the balconies there is no seating. Unfortunately both lifts were out of order and the cafe and under 3 play area is down a long flight of steps this presented me with a problem as I had the buggy which I had to leave upstairs unattend while carried my daughter down the stairs. Thus preventing me buying a coffee as my daughter runs off all the time. The place is clean and decor is bright and funky, lots of lighting and loud music. Also there is lockers to put your shoes ect in. My son enjoyed him self a lot and for him I'd take him again but not in a hurry to go back.

As a grandparent and childminder I like to be able to keep the children within view at all times. This place made me very anxious there is no way you can make sure your children are safe at all times there are to many areas out of view and the lighting is very dim. The seating area's for parents/carers afford no peace of mind. Having said all that the children loved it.

We were hesitant to visit due to some poor reviews but we experienced none of the issues other people seem to have. We booked online, the morning of, and arrived two hours later with no issues, it seemed really streamlined. As long as you make sure your safety waiver is signed online prior to visiting there is no extra waiting around. Make sure to do one for each person attending. The facilities are really good and the lockers provided are really handy for valuables. We only experienced one problem which was one of the locks was broken so we had to move our stuff along one. Once in and having watched the safety video we had a great time and my six year old daughter really enjoyed herself. There's a climbing wall, endless amounts of trampolines and foam pits. There's some areas with height restrictions (the extra bouncey adult trampolines and the time trail climbing tower) that she wasn't tall enough for, but there's plenty to do and the cafe area is well kept. We had a great time and although I was told off for not landing two footed, honestly adults are worse than kids for rules, I'd literally just watched the safety video and the member of staff let me know politely. We'll definitely be coming back, my daughter didn't want to leave. - James

Our experience was not great, we were sent in with no instruction or guidance after telling them we have not been before, all lockers out of order which made it hard work with phones, keys, wallets, kids stuff on us whilst in there. Tables in the food area were dirty. Might have just been a bad day / understaffed but it was certainly not a great first visit.

Very attentive staff monitoring all aspects of this large area. Rather quiet in term time so idea for the little one, £5 for toddlers including their guardians, 9am till 1pm. Term time 9am till 10am. There is also a free soft play area for children under 5 which my 2 year old granddaughter loves.

I took my youngest son here for a party, he's 11 and had a really good time. The safety video was was fun while showing all the pitfalls, the food was good he had a small pizza to himself he was in heaven. Parking was easy it was the Frenchgate which has a roof top car park.

We have just visited flip out Doncaster, I can honestly say this has been the best place I've been during covid 19. I visited Flipout a few weeks ago now with my Nephew. we went into the soft play area and he loved it. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee whilst he played and waited for his Mum and older brother, when they arrived they went on the trampolines and loved it. It is great to see something that will benefit the local community. I can certainly say that we will be coming back again and again. They staff are friendly and always have time to have a chat with you. Well Done to all the staff that work there.

After hearing some mixed reviews on the place on Facebook and google I decided to take my 9 year old cousin there and expecting to suffer some of the problems people stated. However after only being there 5 minutes it seemed fairly obvious to me that it was no where near as bad as people had complained about. The girls on the tills at reception were lovely, well spoken and very polite and very happy to help. I had also already filled in a waver for him ONLINE which makes life a lot easier for when you get there. After watching the safety debriefing and that he started to really enjoy himself and his smile on his face never disappeared! We also went to the cafe which I had seen some bad reviews about as well. However again never seemed to be as bad as what they said, I mean it’s never going to be a 5 star restaurant quality so for what it is it wasn’t bad at all. I also thought the prices were slightly pricey but overall fair for the fun my cousin had. I would totally recommend this place for your kids!

My Son has been wanting to go here since it opened but have always been put of by the admission costs. This weekend however they have a special promotion celebrating their first year in Doncaster, so of course, we booked in. Made booking online which was straight forward, turned up a couple of hours later. Received a safety briefing before going out onto the trampoline area. Lots of space whilst inside and a few areas to explore. The ninja challenge area is fun and more entertaining than just the trampolines in my opinion, but thats probably because I'm no good at it. There's plenty of space to sit and watch if you're not joining in and there's a cafe downstairs. Overall good value if you go when there's an offer on otherwise I feel its a little expensive.

There's even somewhere for the smaller kids while parents can sit and have a tea/coffee or the whole family could sit down to have something to eat. Kids parties are also an option.

Staff were lovely & helpful! Spent 2 hours there with my partner, her 5 year old son and my 11 year old sister and it flew by, the sectionaat the backs gymnastic grade trampolines were quite powerful for the small area they were in which kinda took a while to get confident with before attempting anything exciting, I spent most of my time in the younger section as it was spaced out out better and the obstacles were a lot more fun to play around with and I found a lot more challenges to attempt without trying to look for them. Queue seemed busy initially but got through quite quickly and their was more than enough room for people to not get in eachother way. Will definitely be going back again!

Would of gave 5 stars for how great the customer service was and how great my daughters party was. But the only thing I feel let's the place down is the extreme lack of security. The top of the stairs gets really busy and a child that's already inside could so easily disappear out of sight and wander off into the Frenchgate or be lead away by a stranger. I think you should maybe consider having a gate put in thats operated by staff.. A bit like the astrabound have.

The size is incredibly deceiving, but not in a good way. There is an empty shop advertising the park across from the actuall park so it gives the impression that's its double the size that it actually is. The trampolines are really stuff and just aren't bouncy enough. There is plenty of large trampolines though which means you can try all sorts of tricks - oh wait, you're not allowed. Double flips aren't allowed so triples are obviously out of the question. You cant even double flip into the foam pit! There is a tiny area with Olympic trampolines but there are so.many annoying walls around them that doing tricks is really dangerous. It is really overpriced for what it is. If you're in Doncaster, go and try it out but if you're experienced, go to a Jump Inc (Leeds is the best, Meadowhall is second best)
