R. M.4 x per week, 0615 where would you rather be? In your warm bed or working hard at MFT with a great bunch of people. Get yourself down there, Mon, Wed, Friday and 0730 Sat (sometimes we run on a sat up at Harwell Woods)

I. K. M. A.Bawtry MSG community pavilion is a multi purpose building, which hosts the local cricket team & various fitness classes & children's events etc.
It has a licensed bar, toilets & a free hardstanding carparking adjacent + stunning rural views, along with trains whizzing past on the main east coast railway line, which you may feel the vibrations from if you are a sensitive soul.
