We were there on Sunday, the staff on arrival were very helpful and friendly making us feel very welcome and checking in was easily completed. There is plenty of seating around by the various food areas, we never tried any but it did look good especially the ice creams. My daughter and her friend said it was one of the best trampoline parks they have been to with plenty of thing to do from playing in the inflatable area, to bouncing to their hearts content on the trampoline’s They even helped us get a taxi to the town centre as we had a meal to go to. Well done to everyone we had a great time.

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. Lots of different activities for the kids. Decent cuppa or a beer for the adults. Would recommend for active kids or dads.

Our 2 grandchildren aged 11 and 7 loved it here. We paid for a second hour and I think that was enough. Throughout, from the booking in, during the activities and a delicious ice cream in the Lickety Split ice cream parlour afterwards, the staff were so attentive and friendly. They encouraged all the children on the high leap, as well as assisting them to climb up (though an extra step to reach the top would have been better for the smaller daredevils). My grandson came back to us in the cafe upset as he had mildly hurt himself and a staff member with a first aid immediately followed to ensure he was ok. The free car park outside was appreciated.

Don't know if it's by accident or design but to sit & watch the kids is not pleasant as it was absolutely BALTIC when we were there. Basic cafe ( toasties,snacks..£6 for a toasted sandwich & cappuccino)....WRAP UP WARM

Great place to take the kids on a cold, rainy half term holiday. A bit pricey (£25 per hour for two children). There is food and drink available to buy too.

A bit on the expensive side for the time limit you're allowed. But, there's a lot for the youngsters to do. There's various trampolines of lengths and angles, a gladiators style balance beam with padded sticks you can 'fight' with. A huge blow up soft play area for them to explore, a large block they can jump off from various heights on to a crash mat, personal basketball nets with trampolines go do slam dunks on. The soft play area next to the food court but, isn't included but I believe you can 'add it on' for additional costs. On a Saturday it cost us £13.90 for 2 hours for one child, so slightly expensive just for 2 hours of play, when other soft play centres do 2 hours of play and a meal included for less than £10.

We went during term time. During school hours so was really quiet and we could move around to everything we wanted. At busier times. Booking is essential. Lots of fun had by all.

Great place for kids and adults to enjoy. There's also a soft play area for toddler and an ice cream parlour built on to the building called Lickety Splits. All sorts of trampolines to enjoy and objects to jump off and land in a giant inflatable cushion. There's also a gladiator style walkway where you can battle a foe and knock them into a foam out.

Had a great time here with my daughter, we went in for the Infinite tots session meaning we had access to the whole park for an hour; she lived the soft play and peppa pig inflatable, but her favorite part was jumping into the giant air bags! Either that or the ice-cream we had afterwards, couldn't believe how big the scoops were! Will definitely be going back again :)

Good for kids parties and to fill in a bit of time in a healthy way when the weather is against you. Wrap up warm as it can be cold. There are four main areas, one for smalls, some inflatable/wipeout type things, the main trampoline area and then blocks to jump off/beams to balance and try to knock each other off. Only improvement suggestion from me would be some indication of wait time for pizza, hot dogs and burgers. Ordering is easy enough but you are then left clueless as to whether food will arrive in seconds or hours. The food was nice by the way, just the indeterminate wait time is irritating.

They have improved the premises during lockdown with a new roof and layout plus separate inflatable section. It's also well monitored by staff to ensure regulations are followed. Reasonable choice of food which fairly priced. My 6 year old granddaughter loves coming here.

Fantastic place. The staff were amazing. And all very friendly . My 7 year old daughter wasn't happy this day for some reason and didn't want to play on anything and was getting upset. All the staff were very friendly and tried to help her. They gave us a 1 free voucher to use for next time. We will definitely go back. My son has been twice and in his words thinks the place is epic.

We LOVE the tots morning ,my son's 2 and has fun the whole 2 hours that we're here. Great value for money I'd say also. £7.95 for the both of us and that includes socks. Would highly recommend it here, we are regular visitors and will continue to be, lass on the counter this morning was really lovely, always helpful staff really nice. Range of drinks food cakes snacks.

Went here for the toddler session at 9am. It was great value and out toddler absolutely loved both the trampolines and the soft play. The staff were very attentive but encouraged the children to have fun. The food and drinks were also reasonably priced and our family loved visiting the ice cream parlour after the session.

It was my cousin's 10th birthday party here. It was lots of fun. However his 4 year old brother had to go on the younger kids area.(Not the toddler area No one else could go on with him. So he had to spend the party alone. It would be better if you had a wider age range for the younger kids area. For example, instead of 6+ you could have 10+. Other than that it was a good time.

Pros: Wow! Where do I begin? I went here just today for a little fun around at the foam pits and trampolines. The foam pits were AWESOME and the safety video wasn't an hour long. The airbags (or whatever you call them) was fun, jumping off a height into there was very scary. The trampolines were good. Very nice, funny and caring staff. I also like how its only £5 more to get in again. The ice creams are really good, but I can't say about the hotdogs (haven't tried them.) Cons: The socks easily slipped off, but they quickly got changed for free. At the corner of the airbags, there was a huge hole I kept falling into. Was easy to get out, but I think they should fix it. Not as infinite as the name promises. Overall this was a great place for me to go to, and i will 100% go again!

Excellent place to take children when it's raining or not. My 9 year old granddaughter really loves it here. They'll love the trampolines, foam pit, dodge ball etc. The cafe is nice as well, good coffee and muffins. Only downside is the hourly cost during school holidays around £11, but cheaper outside them.

Awesome for the kiddos. Painful for adults, you will hurt yourself, but you won't care! Pricing for entry is fair, but food/drinks are extortion to put it lightly. Spent £38 on 3 drinks and 3 hot dogs.

I would really recommend the parent and toddler sessions outside of school holidays. It's 2hrs compared to 1hr during a the holidays. Great for your toddler to jump around on everything and have fun. The staff are great and get involved with having fun with the kids

The beirn went a few weeks ago and loves it, There are quite a few staff about so seemed very safe. Quite expensive but for a treat it's a great place to go and the coffee is good so adults can sit and have a coffee while the kids burn off some energy. The food is ok but quite expensive for what it is

Although we went in the school holidays it was nice a quiet. Parkings great. Pre booking online was quick and easy. The staff were lovely with me and my little girl showing her how to do big jumps and seeing how could jump the furthest. Loads of different places to jump. We'll definitely be back again.

It was awkward to find as it was my 1st visit and my satnav had a hissy fit however staff are nice and nice to sit in as your view of the all play areas is very good, you do pay a little over the top for food and drinks but this is to be expected. Very good value for older kids (6yrs and over) and well worth the money however if you you have younger children i wouldn't bother the play area for ubder 6s is around about the size of a small wacky warehouse pub and young kids arnt allowed in the older kids area which was annoying as they have different coloured socks and wristbands or even the inflatables area which is an extra £5 per child and was totally empty...

Plenty of things to amuse a three and six year old. Cafe disappointing. We ordered crêpes for the children but they were tired after a 30 minute wait ...one very pleasant young girl making crepes and serving the queue. Felt sorry for her. Crêpes were inedible very greasy and expensive.

My 10 year old daughter loves it here, however this is a place for children and adults alike, from the Trampoline Park with parkour run, trampolines, foam pits, towers and dodge ball court, to the Inflatable Park with all different obstacles and Inflatable equipment... There is also a toddlers soft play... A drink and snacks bar, a hot dog/burger stand and Lickety Splits ice cream parlour.... They also hold children's parties here... My daughter had 2 hours on the trampoline park which she loves, she was getting red hot and stripping down to shorts and vest as she was bouncing around while I was wishing I had brought my big coat and a hot water bottle while sitting on the sidelines! Its perfectly fine in the warmer weather however I advise anyone who is just sitting watching to put your thermals on in winter! We enjoyed a latte, hot chocolate and an ice cream tub (my daughters.. Morello cherry and Belgium chocolate!) all from Lickety Splits, which was gorgeous... Then my daughter had a hotdog for on the way home... Much fun was had, my daughter loves it and passes a Sunday afternoon great but due to the price definitely not a weekly occurance!! It isnt cheap as you pay per hour. Still, I do recommend it as so much to do.

Great fun when it's not busy. For younger kids, during the school term it's £7.95. The air bag jump is fun and thrilling, there are trampolines, and a trampoline dodgeball court, there is a tight rope and there is a balance beam where you have to fight someone with a foam pole.

They had infaltable air which is AWESOME games similar to tjose on a tv game show, a big group is better for inflatable amd then you have some competition rather than going up against kids. So the place itself is really fun for the kids even the big kids! My daughter loves it and the concept is great. My big bear with this place is ordering food. They've changed to table service and honestly it's shocking. Last twice it's taken 45 and an hour an 10 minutes to receive 2 X rollover hotdogs. Three complaints and still time. Honestly the girls working are lovely and friendly but table service just doesn't work for them. If they scrapped the table service plan and just went back to the counter collection it would be a lot smoother and easier for the customer atleast.
