Elevate 98 is a fantastic gym. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made when it comes to my health and fitness. Such a brilliant community of coaches and people that makes training so fun. For the first time in a long time I actually look forward to going to the gym and I have noticed a huge difference in my strength and fitness levels after just 3 months. Workouts are always fun and varied and tailored to your fitness level. Highly recommend it for anyone thinking of joining!

Before I even stepped foot in this gym for the first time, I knew I would love it. The small group PTs, the variety of classes, and the large range of class times to suit everyone - every aspect is amazing. I have only been a member for 2 months, but cannot imagine going back to training alone in a public gym. Elevate98 is such a social hub and all the members and coaches are so friendly and welcoming. I couldn't recommend enough to anyone looking to enhance their strength and fitness whilst meeting new people along the way.

I never liked going to the gym until i joined Elevate98. The atmosphere they have created is amazing and really is so welcoming. I never expected to be someone who enjoyed working out, but Elevate98 has changed that. I think it's largely down to the coaches, who are fantastic, and the set up of the classes and training sessions.

Elevate98 is unique with an atmosphere and social element that I have never experienced in any other gym or gym class environment. The variety of classes and quality (serious sweat in just 30 mins during short classes!) is great and the genuine interest that the PTs take not just in their member's fitness journeys but also their general wellbeing is something special. I stumbled across Elevate98 after someone in a Facebook group asked for local gym recommendations and I'm so glad I did! I've tried quite a few different small group PT sessions in Edinburgh and can say hand on heart, that this is the best one I've found! From the knowledgeable trainers and friendly atmosphere, to the extensive class options and reasonable pricing, Elevate98 really is a breath of fresh air in Edinburgh's gym scene. Highly recommend 😁

Nothing but good things to say about Elevate98 and all of the staff there. It's the most I've ever consistently worked out and that's solely down to Sean and his team! From the personalised small group PT sessions to cardio, strength and HIIT based workouts there is a variety of workouts that keep everyone motivated and looking forward to the next session! Can't recommend this gym enough! They have a great mix of Small Group Personal Training sessions, as well as a variety of different classes. There's something for everyone. The classes and SGPT sessions themselves are always enjoyable, but challenging. The best part of the gym is that it feels like a community - it's not simply a place to go and exercise, and achieve the results you are looking for, but it is a place you can go and socialise while working out, and genuinely enjoy yourselves. The coaches make everyone feel so welcome, regardless of ability or fitness level, and it feels like a "team" as much as it does a gym. The coaches go the extra mile to give the sessions a personal vibe, and take the time to get to know you as a person, which in turn aids your fitness journey. In addition, the facilities are excellent, with everything you need in a great location.

Let me start by saying - I HATE GYMS. Now, I can say I hate all gyms, apart from one - Elevate98. In truth, I was dragged along and I was sceptical of the hype. Now, I am getting up in darkness for 6am classes of my own accord, going 4/5 times per week and absolutely loving it. I am a fully converted Hype Man! Sean and his team have created a fantastic environment for people of all fitness abilities. The small group PT is a great way to introduce or reintroduce yourself into gym work. The PTs are attentive, tailoring the workouts to each member, taking into account ability, weaknesses, injuries etc, but you'd never know and there's no apprehension of matching what other people are doing in the group. The other classes feel like team sport which gives the place a real buzz and makes them addictive! The PTs are engaging and take a genuine interest in their members. The members are super encouraging. There are no egos and it feels like everyone is on the same page. This is not a gym for those who want to stand at equipment and take selfies. It is a social community to have fun in - getting fitter feels like an added bonus!

Sean and the team have built something incredibly unique for Edinburgh. This gym was a huge help for me to get through Covid, as their positivity and creativity with new initiatives always kept me going. Very professional gym with a welcoming/warming atmosphere. Don’t feel like I’m at the gym when there, feel as though I’m with friends. Always enjoy my workouts, whether one a 1:1 level or in a group session. Each session is tailored to suit you and your needs which is very rare to come by.

Sean and team have created a welcoming and supportive environment while always motivating members to push further. Elevate98 have a wide choice of classes and PT sessions that run from 6am - 8pm. The timings have been great for me to allow me to fit the gym into my current work/life schedule as there is always an option. All classes and sessions are booked online which makes the process of signing up / changing plans easy. Fully recommend this gym to anyone looking to elevate their fitness in Edinburgh

I took a 30 day trial here recently and am loving it so far. Love the idea of small group PT, really works for me, as someone who can struggle with motivation to go to a conventional gym on my own. You can tell how passionate Sean is about fitness right away, and he's a great trainer. The gym is totally unintimidating compared to other places. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I’ve known Sean for a few years doing PT with him previously, so when I heard he was opening up his own gym and doing PT I took the chance. Before a 30 day trial I was already 5 sessions deep, and felt myself improving and feeling better each time. Sean not only finds your limits but pushes you to reach your goals and helps you step in the right direction to aim for your goals. The equipment is top class and the staff are also brilliant. He’s a great trainer and a great guy. And for the price of the month trial, it’s definitely worth it.

Elevate98 is a fantastic gym if you are looking for friendly, professional coaches, a fantastic community and top class equipment. The small PT classes are great as the coaches tailor your programme accordingly to your ability and they really motivate you during one of their Hybrid or Engine classes. The photos are deceiving as it looks small, but it’s actually really big and they have all the latest equipment (you won’t find a tidier gym!) Highly recommend if you are looking for that extra motivation to get your fitness up!

Sean and the team at Elevate 98 are dedicated to the gym and to making the members feel welcomed and involved. The gym has high quality equipment, and is a handy central location. The balance is just right with small group PT sessions tailored to the individual, combined with the team classes and motivating atmosphere. Elevate98 is the best gyms in Edinburgh and brings such a welcoming and enjoyable experience to exercising!! This is done by the the offering of Small Group Personal Training sessions, as well as a number of separate classes to suit individual needs, no matter what level of fitness you are at - all of which has you leaving feeling accomplished. As if this wasn’t enough, it is topped off by not only the sociability of all members but the fantastic way the gym is run by the members of staff, of which cannot do enough enough for each individual that walks through the doors of Elevate98 - no gym compares!!

Tired of feeling uncomfortable in "classic" gyms, I turned to Elevate98 and, for sure, it is a gym like no other. The personal training in small groups is effective and the great atmosphere is always there. The coaches are attentive and know how to put you at ease from the very first session. I 100% recommend the 30 days trial which gives you the chance to try classes and PT. I didn't think I would ever like to work out, but that changed in a month. As an expat, it is important to find a "home away from home" where you feel comfortable and part of a community, this is exactly what Elevate98 did for me The motivation is always there and when you walk through the door, you are greeted by smiling faces and it feels like you're in a great group of friends who get together to work out

Never expected that I would love the gym as much as I do at Elevate. The coaches and members make it the best vibe and atmosphere I’ve ever had in a gym - it’s like our own wee community. It’s great to go into a gym and now see/speak to people on a friendship level. All coaches are professional, knowledgable and help workouts be enjoyable. The group classes are a perfect way of training as you are always motivated by everyone else to push yourself. Would recommend to anybody.
