I have been training with G2G for more than four years> The encouragement and enthusiasm from the staff really drove me to improve myself. The tailored exercise routines helped build strength and energy but, more importantly, helped relieve back and shoulder pain from previous injuries. I am very happy to recommend the team to those who are serious about training or who are carrying injuries, whether old or recent. The social side of gym membership adds greatly to the experience.

This eye for detail is essential for injury prevention and gaining strength!

Having picked up many injuries and niggles over the years, the focus on correct technique and excellent posture is a major strength of the coaches at G2G. I have started training in G2G two and half years ago while recovering from a burnout. Following the advice of a friend already a member for some years, I joined with a focus to get myself more active and committed to some regular exercising to deal with stress. But G2G was, still is much more than that. I was surprised with the professionalism and the kindness of everyone working in the G2G coaching and the whole approach which is built around the needs of each member. Over the last years I have learned so much and my progress which is not measured necessarily in ‘traditional’ ways has helped me to build a lot of confidence.
Training in groups also builds a strong feeling of community. This community managed to adapt to the COVID-19 situation where the coaches very quickly responded by offering online training sessions.

I started going to G2G for 1:1 sessions with Aidan nearly 2 years ago when its fair to say I was in a bit of a mess. 2 pregnancies in 2 years and hip surgeries had left me with no stability or core control and a lot of back and hip pain. Its been a long process with ups and downs but if you commit to their method of training you will see results. Gyms can feel intimidating but they make it as friendly as it could be. If you are sick of going to the physio and getting nowhere, I would try G2G for sure. Friendly and honest staff who are world class at communicating their rehabilitation knowledge. Thank you!

Having run into various injuries and tried PTs over the years, I’ve found that G2G is not like any other gym! The team are really knowledgable and passionate about what they do. You’ll learn to do things properly, safely and effectively, improving your technique and the effectiveness of your training...and having some fun while you do it!

Joined G2G at a time in my life where I was incredibly stressed out and also recovering from an ankle injury- I’ve been there now for over a year and managing stress better and have been able to start running again. G2G is where you go to get answers. Every body is different and the coaches at G2G listen and take into consideration what those differences are (like injuries or time management) and work with you to achieve your goals. That is my experience with them. They have been brilliant.

I have found G2G to be a revelation for my training. The coaches really know their stuff and the tailored programming addresses any weaknesses or postural imbalances (e.g. from sitting at a desk all day) so you know how to move properly and avoid injury. Add in the group training format, nutrition support, and goal setting to help keep you accountable, and it's not hard to see why the G2G way of doing things works!
