The classes at Boiler Room are fantastic with a range of instructors, each with a different style, amazing place to go to get away from every day stress, plenty of help and advice available if you’re a beginner.
My fitness level has increased while having fun and being challenged.
The entire team and experience are 5*
Give it a go, you will not be disappointed.

There is only one spin studio worth visiting in the west of Scotland and this is it! The studio is a fantastic place to be- fabulous instructors who really look after you from first point of contact, getting the bike setup right and throughout the class. They really make spin a great workout and the experience you get from the studio makes you want to keeping coming back for more. Whether your are at the studio or online, the instructors’ energy and passion for spin really enthuses you and soon you’ll rearrange your diary to make a Boiler Room Fitness class part of your day.

Fantastic spinning studio in the West End - caters for seasoned spinners and absolute novices. Very friendly atmosphere and a great range of instructors. I have lost weight and sleep better! Notable attention to safety with limited numbers in the classes, plenty of fresh air, and the bikes and studio are very thoroughly cleaned between sessions.

I have been training at this studio in West End for nearly three years. Although I was sceptical at first about spinning I really enjoyed it from the get go. For me it is the music combined with the intense but manageable workout - even for folks like me who were just starting out trying to get fitter. The timetable accommodates the complexity of busy schedules so I can get 2-3 sessions or more in per week. They even stream classes on zoom if you can't make it into the studio! There is a community of welcoming trainers and clients and the wide variety of music keeps me motivated. The prices are reasonable and a range of packages. Beginners get three sessions at a discounted price. The owner Michael is very helpful.

Great spinning studio (and remotely) for all abilities. Led by Michael, fantastic instructors, who all have an amazing way of making you feel so welcome. If your thinking about popping in, but not sure, I’d strongly recommend.

Great local spin studio with a number of different instructors each with their own style and music. Very friendly and welcoming for all abilities and ages and especially beginners. A fantastic workout in a Covid safe environment.

I found Boiler Room Fitness a few years ago and thoroughly enjoy the variety of classes from fantastic Instructors both in the studio and online. I would highly recommend giving it a go even if you are a beginner or a regular enthusiast.

Great place. Started as a spin beginner there and still really enjoy it. Was made to feel very comfortable, welcome and found it a great way to work out - fun instructors and with motivational music

This is a fantastic fitness studio in the heart of the West End of Glasgow. I was a complete novice when I started, having never done spinning before. The instructors really take care to make sure that your bike is set up properly and that you understand how things work so that you can remain comfortable throughout the class. The classes are brilliant - great music, good banter, challenging workouts, and lots of times available to suit. I use the 6.45am classes, so that I can get my workout out of the way with no 'extra' shower required in the day. Whenever I go, I have loads of energy afterwards. 6 months in, I'm hooked on spin and can't imagine my week without this place. Just try it.

I started spinning at boilerroom fitness with a few 121 lessons with Michael - I had been out of the fitness game for quite some time and was nervous about going to the classes. Michael gave me the confidence to realise that I was perfectly capable of doing the classes. One year on I am at boilerroom fitness on average twice a week and enjoy every minute of it. If you are thinking about going to the classes- don't think twice, do it. You will get amazing results and feel fantastic.

It's great that spin has well and truly come to Glasgow. Boiler room have a brilliant space here with top quality bikes and super enthusiastic instructors! We are so happy to be working with Boiler room fitness and look forward to doing more events here in the future!

I had been diagnosed with Joint hypermobility at 14 and it had never really been taken seriously. My extremely active life of skiing, ballet dancing and gymnastics ground to a halt. After years of frustration and next to no treatment or monitoring I found myself in my mid-twenties with limited mobility in my knees, extremely low confidence in my own body and regular, debilitating pain.
My first spin class at Boiler room fitness was with Neil Campbell. Who is also now my new Personal trainer. His attention to detail and determination to help me get stronger has been invaluable. He properly measured me for the bike and told me how to ride it properly. I started spinning once a week. It was such a great feeling being able to do some proper cardiovascular training without being in pain! I felt years of frustration and discomfort melting away. I had finally found something that was working for me.
I'm now spinning 4 x a week and i'm totally hooked. I’m fitter, healthier, happier and two dress sizes down (so far). All because of Spinning and the dedication and knowledge of the guys at Boiler Room fitness. Michael and Neil (also Ewan and Sheena) at Boiler room fitness have played a key part in not only helping me get started but supporting me and encouraging me as I progress. My pain is less frequent and less severe and I am able to exercise properly. If this is what is achievable in 3 months, imagine where I will be this time next year…..
Anyone one who is thinking about starting should book right now!

I can't recommend BRF spinning highly enough. Micheal and his team of instructors are amongst the best I have been to. They are very proffessional and if you are new to spin they will make time for you. There are now begginners classes included in the extensive timetable. The classes are all quite different which means it doesn't feel repepetive having been going regularly for 6 months. You can mix your work out by attending different classes. I have dropped a dress size. The joint pain I had been suffering from is now gone. If I go early on in the day I have so much energy. After an evening class I sleep so much better. Weekend classes do wonders for a hangover. I just can't imagine now not going as its just really good fun. Go on try it!

It's coming up to a year now since I started spinning at BRF. There are lots of spinning classes going around, but in my opinion, none that are as specialised as BRF. The spin instructors are very friendly, very positive and will all give you a workout that when you leave, you know it's done you the world of good and so you'll be back. I can't stress the benefit of BRF spinning both physically and mentally.
