I have been attending here since July and it’s the first time in my life that I have stuck at a gym and routine for this long. The people are great, the classes are great and I have to say I will be sticking at it for a long time! You just feel the love and support every time you step though the doors and I seriously cannot recommend Ally and his team enough!
GLF is first class. The gym has such a great community atmosphere and is not intimidating by any means. I love the diversity of the sessions. Ally always switches it up and has us doing a load of different workouts. He is really knowledgeable about all things health and dishes out great advice and motivation. Definitely hooked from my first session!
Great gym and atmosphere. Started training with Ally for a fight camp loved the sessions as they were all different and made me work to my maximum. He knows his stuff and made it specific to my sport. Continues to help throughout the session. Highly recommend. Currently still getting sessions in with him.
Having trained previously at Glasgow Legacy Fitness, and more consistently for over a year now, I can't recommend this place highly enough.
Ally and the team have created such a successful gym setup, which is now home to a vibrant community of supportive, hardworking, and fun people of all abilities. The level of support and input you get from the coaches and fellow members in maintaining a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle is unmatched.
The gym sessions are varied, challenging, and enjoyable, with all exercises broken down by the coaches to help you understand correct form and the importance of this. Having struggled with a number of ongoing injuries picked up playing football, Ally was great at giving advice and guidance on mobility and strengthening exercises, as well as, alternatives during sessions until I felt confident in the full movements again.
It's brilliant to see the gym so lively and I'm looking forward to seeing what Ally and the team have in store for the future of GLF.
Have been training with ally for a few years now. Fantastic trainer (chats not bad either) is so motivating and supportive and has got me back fighting fit after injuries and now in the process of doing it again after having a baby. I couldn’t recommend him enough. You will instantly be made to feel welcome and he adapts all moves depending on your own capability. Definitely get involved if you wanna make changes.
I have been training with Ally for over a year individually and have seen a dramatic change in my weight, body shape and mental well-being. Having suffered an untreatable chronic hip injury Ally’s strength and conditioning has allowed me to live an almost pain free life which has allowed me to get back playing sport again which I didn’t think would be possible.
Over the past 4 weeks I have been involved in a men’s training trial which has rejuvenated my enthusiasm for making changes is in my lifestyle. Ally has provided us with 3 training classes a week, each one with varying and new exercises. He has focused on our form, strength and fitness, which I have seen a massive improvement in for all the participants of the group over the 4 weeks.
Ally not only provides you with expertise in strength and conditioning but provides you with nutritional advice and diet plans. Ally has been providing daily video blogs to the group and mindset tasks for us to incorporate into our daily routines. He has produced an eagerness and buzz around the guys and provided a comfortable, open forum for us to talk about issues in our lives and the reasons we want to make positive changes.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the group and determined to keep implementing the changes learned from the 4 weeks into my daily lifestyle. I am looking forward to the next 4 weeks and beyond!

Due to lack of confidence I never stepped foot in a gym until recently starting pt sessions with Ally. He makes you feel so comfortable and pushes you to do your best and achieve your goal. Now I am enjoying exercise.
I love this place. I'm still pretty new but Ally has made me feel so welcome and the group training is brilliant. He puts you totally at ease, gives really clear instructions and his banter isn't bad either! The gym has a real community feel to it.
Best gym in Glasgow, always a friendly atmosphere. Trainers are always helpful and have got me to my fitness goals, highly recommended

The structure of the workouts keep it interesting so you never feel you’re in a rut.
You never feel out of place or unsure.
It’s not just the workouts, the knowledge you gain around nutrition and lifestyle also, is spot on!

Amazing training
From being a total dafty 😂 in terms of fitness to being a competent lifter🏋🏽, working with GLF 🐺 has given me a completely different approach towards making fitness a part of my life. Understanding that it is a long term game and is more about incremental changes day over day was where Ally helped me the most.
Through the last few months, the transformation in my physique has been amazing. Where I am right now is better than my dream physique from the time when I started and the GOAL has gotten so much bigger now!
Ally/Stevie/Jackie have been great examples themselves and push you and show you the right way to do things!!
I've been going to glf since February of 22 and it's easily thr longest I've kept going to the gym. Classes are great and work around work hours and the coach team are amazing - can really tell that Ally is building a supportive community and with no judgement 😊

I’ve been attending Glasgow Legacy Fitness since August 2021 and I haven’t looked back. It’s the first time I’ve stuck at going to ‘the gym’ for this long and I know it’s due to the welcoming and supportive atmosphere Ally and the team at GLF have established. Since my training started I have seen big changes in my strength, motility, posture and all round energy levels. The classes are set up in such a way that everyone is in it together whilst aiming for their own personal goals. I can’t recommend it enough!
Words can't describe my gratitude to Ally for his support and encouragement. I have never taken part in something where you laugh as hard as you sweat!

Iv never felt so proud of myself and that's thanks to Ally and the support of the other guys at the gym. If you want to put yourself first and want somewhere that isn't 'scary and unwelcoming' please please choose the wolf pack. You will not regret one moment of it.

Top quality gym with great advice on-site & professionalism. It has everything you need and more. I recently started using the app provided by Ally. Been using it 2 weeks and now already seeing major changes. Also I like the Nutrition plans set out and how easy it is to use.
Highly recommend to all.
Probably the most motivating PT I have been to. Both Ally and Stevie are a great team. I have never had a fitness routine that I genuinely feel hard worked by every single week and theres not been a single session in the last 6 weeks that I haven't felt the effects of the day after. They take their time to get to know each and every one of their clients and have the fastest communication response time of any company I know. Their fb page is also very good and Ally posts several updates for any queries or concerns that his clients have as well as providing loads of meal plans that you can choose from. As a midwife, my schedule isn't a normal 9-5 routine, but GLF have been super flexible and understanding. Would definitely recommend GLF to anyone!
