G.Great place to train. So welcoming for people of all standards and great coffee. Such a social wee place to have fun with a good community and work on your functional fitness goals. Love the crossfit workouts and scaling options available. Well done to all involved getting the new place up and running, great set up.
J.Super friendly staff and members. I hate feeling intimated when using a gym but this place made me feel at home and so so welcome. No intimidation what so ever. Huge indoor and outdoor space. So many machines available to use. Classes available all week as well as PT. A social area to indulge in coffee etc! Shower and changing rooms also available and they are stunning!! The whole place is just beautiful . So worth the money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
