Selen is a joy herself. She is very welcoming and loving. Joimove involves some gentle, fun movement, which helps to release your inner job - giving you those feel good hormones. The music, the props, the energy makes you want more and more. I look forward to my Joimove sessions every week. The class can be adapted to meet the needs of the group. I would recommend this class to anyone in need of a pick me up and looking to meet new friends
