By far the best gym I've ever been in. The difference is the ethos. It's small enough so that you're not a number but part of the community. All the equipment is new. The owners have trained seriously for years with a depth of knowledge in training, nutrition, goal setting that is second to none. Once you join this gym, you'll never want to go to another.

Rise is a bespoke gym facility for men and women. It’s an accumulation of Joe and Megan’s hard work and vision of a gym they always wanted and believed they could have. They have incorporated not just physical strength equipment of a high standard ….evident as soon as you walk in the door but provide a nutritional/supplementation knowledge unmatched in my experience. Most importantly they convey and promote a positive team mindset. They will encourage and support every client to reach their goals ….this alone sets it apart from other gyms.
