I love my fitness classes with Gill. The atmosphere is so relax and it is lovely to meet new mums and their babies. Gill is great at offering different options to suit your fitness level. I don't consider myself very sporty but thanks to Sweaty Mama, I can get back into a healthy routine and look after myself. Highly recommend it!

Sweaty mama is one of the best things I have done postpartum. I absolutely love that I can exercise whilst having my little one there too! I was slightly nervous beforehand as I hadn’t really exercised during pregnancy, but Gill was so reassuring and the classes are great as there are options for different levels of fitness. Highly recommend Gill’s classes!

This is an amazing class, I wish I’d found it sooner!. Its a great way to get some exercise while looking after your little one. The routines can be tailored for all abilities and there is no pressure. Its great fun and my little one loves it too! Added bonus of being able to take more than 1 child!.

Gill is super welcoming. She makes it easy for folk who haven't exercised in a while, but can also help you push yourself if that's what you're looking for. It's a fun class. Big thumbs up from me and my baby.

Great classes especially if you have more than one child. Lots of options to make it easier / more difficult depending on what you want that day. Very relaxed so there’s no problem if your baby needs fed or cries. Would recommend 👍
