If you’re looking for a safe, fun, supportive and coffee fuelled gym, Two Birds is for you.
I joined about 6 months ago after a long gym hiatus, thanks to covid. I was lacking in fitness and confidence, and searching for a safe space to rebuild myself. Danny and his team have been so supportive and encouraging, ensuring I leave every session with a huge smile and sense of achievement.
Two Birds is a really special place. I’d encourage anyone in search of gym providing structured training to give it a try.

The difference I feel in my fitness and general health after a block and a half of sessions with Danny is unbelievable. Danny and the team at Two Birds Fitness create the perfect environment to push yourself to levels you thought you could never reach before. Excellent atmosphere in the gym, great facilities/equipment, and the tunes are also banging! Could not recommend Two Birds Fitness more highly!

Six months ago I was so nervous about going to my first session but there was absolutely no need - I was immediately welcomed, put at ease and supported through the class. Fast forward and I am so much fitter, stronger and love being part of the Two Birds family! I've been training at Twobirds Fitness for about a year now, and can honestly say it's been amazing since day one. The atmosphere, vibe, people. You'll never meet anyone quite like Danny (owner) - if positivity/energy had a human form he would be it. Don't get me wrong, he will also push you to your limit... but with a smile and some bad jokes haha. Back to the serious stuff... Over the last 12 months, pre-pandemic and more amazingly whilst the pandemic has been ongoing, the entire Team at Twobirds has been there every day, working hard to support, encourage, and motivate, both physically and mentally, the brilliant community they've grown. So if you're looking for an amazing place to begin, or continue, your fitness journey, this is it. Not just a place to train... it's a place that you'll come love. <3

I highly recommend Two Birds Fitness, specially to those like me who feel intimidated and overwhelmed by standard gym environments. Two Birds team is super friendly and makes you feel at ease and included since your first visit. They are very knowledgeable and supportive and they help you become stronger and more confident without needing to shout at you (like I have experienced in other places). The space is community oriented and they also offer yoga classes and organise social events. The group sessions can be hard, but the team energy help you get through it. I never felt that there's competition or judgment. You can take your own pace. I have been going there since September last year and I have seen huge improvement in my physical conditioning and mental health. I have a tendency to be lazy and skip working out, but since finding Two Birds I look forward to my exercise sessions and I feel so energised and positive after being there. Wish I had more spare time to work out more often with them. Definitely, best fitness venue in Glasgow.

I joined two bird last August... With the lockdown... Even a fitness freak was Stuggling to motivate myself to go workout... So when I saw roof top sessions... I was like sign me up... Danny and the team have been amazingly supportive through out the lockdowns up and downs... And always finding new ways to keep us going... I would recommend them to anyone. Their energy and positive vibes of keeping the momentum going is amazing. There's a mix of resistant training and cardio... And they are always there to support with posture and techniques. Thanks guys, it helps alot... And kept me going... When it can be very isolating in a flat alone. Keep up the good work. Bahar

I started training at Two Birds 4 months ago. I’m so impressed with their knowledge, enthusiasm, support and the community they’ve built up around the gym. The indoor gym is great but training outdoors on the roof is just the best way to start the day, and the music is great too! 💪 🎶 ❤️
