Suzi really knows her stuff! Have been to quite a few of the stretch classes now and have always had a good time. Suzi makes sure you're working the right muscles in the stretch to make sure you're safe and improving quickly - plus its a really good work out! Suzi is a lot of fun as well and would highly recommend. However you must book early in the week as spaces fill up quickly & be sure to be early to your class.

I love WEPDA! I've been taking the stretch, pole, and conditioning classes there for a couple months now and I couldn't be more thrilled. I have had so much fun in the classes and having a great workout (and typically, I hate working out). I am noticeably stronger and more confident than before starting pole classes.

Fantastic place! 3 wonderful ladies who run this all have different styles and skills so anything you want to learn, from pole tricks, to pole flow and flexi you can learn it here. They push you to do your best.
