Sonya is an exceptional health and wellness trainer and mentor, she strives to give each and every client the best possible care and skills to reach their goals. Sonya has been a huge support to me, physically and mentally, always catering for my specific needs, whilst always being supportive and encouraging.
Sonya’s knowledge is second to none. As an expert in her field she taught me the skills to strengthen my core after the birth of my son and restoring my body to its pre-pregnancy state.
I can not recommend Cedar Lodge Health and Wellness Centre highly enough. If you require any health or fitness guidance, Sonya is your woman!

Very positive and challenging classes, but Sonya gives great one to one coaching . Results are so pleasing and noticeable even after a few classes, it urges you to keep going. Lovely calm and pleasant studio, some good time for yourself.

If you feel you need a re-boot physically and mentally, then Sonya’s classes are the place for you. She is great, taking both a holistic and realistic - in terms of how you live your life - approach. The classes are small, fun and most importantly very welcoming. You feel great afterwards!
