Its a great local independent gym with friendly and welcoming vibe, the instructors Alex and Dario are brilliant at what they do and are willing to help you to achieve your target. They offer a range of classes from fitness classes, martial arts classes and PT sessions. Since I joined kickstart I have lost 2 stone in weight and have improved my mental health.
