Reviews of Willow Method
S. L.I actually struggle to describe how much I love this place. When the studio opened in September 2021 I didn’t really exercise and struggled for confidence, both physically and mentally. I tentatively signed up for my first class not knowing what to expect. But I needn’t have worried - the studio is incredibly welcoming with friendly, approachable instructors leading classes that are actually fun to be a part of. The workout itself is tough to begin with but you adapt and it’s incredible how quickly you see changes in your body and mind. 9 months later, I now
do 5 classes a week easily and have signed up as a member. I really feel part of the Barrecore community. Genuinely couldn’t recommend it more.
D. 8.I can’t speak highly enough of this amazing place and the instructors - the classes are something I always look forward to, a brilliant full body workout with variety and supportive instructors giving pointers when needed. It’s made me think and feel differently about fitness and seeing how small movements can really burn and build strength, overall I feel stronger and happier with how my body feels. The fab studio, playlists and community were an amazing bonus I haven’t had anywhere else I work out. The team and everyone that goes is just fab.

Y. H.Tried out my first class at 0930am thus morning was fabulous the instructor was great.the place is very welcoming and clean! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to give it a go the instructor went through all the movements so they were easy to understandm will most certianly be rebooking this is definatley a luxary experience 😀
